This is the perfect spot to start your day with an energizing cup of coffee or your favorite beverage. Inside, this air-conditioned retreat offers a well-appointed and inviting open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Let your friends relax and plan your next adventures while you surprise them with their favorite meals thanks to the full kitchen. Complete with modern appliances, you have everything you need to prepare delicious beach treats and homemade meals. Then, once mealtime is over, gather around the TV for some movie time before heading to the beach for a refreshing splash. The condo also comes equipped with central air-conditioning to keep you nice and comfortable as well as an on-site washer/dryer.

This condo is amazing!! It is just steps from the beach. The beds were so comfortable, and we slept amazing. Easy check in/out. We will definitely be back!!

The communication was great, we weren't lacking anything. The condo is set up nicely and if you like to cook, it is set up for that. The beach is a short walk away and the lack of overbuilt high-rise building is nice to see.

Close to the beach

This was a girls trip and we really enjoyed it. We do plan on booking again. Very peaceful and relaxed vacation.

Super Clean and Great Location

We absolutely loved this condo. Great location and the condo is super clean. All the amenities of home are included. Great place for a family vacation.

Our stay was so relaxing at the unit. The view was amazing , very close to beach, beds were extremely comfortable, pool was super nice after a day on the beach in the heat. It was our first trip to Mexico beach and must say it was one of the nicest and cleanest beaches we have visited!!! Will definitely be back!!

Spring break2025

Very nice place and location was good. Pool was really small but other than that it was good. Just wish we could have took our fur baby.

The location and the condo overall were beautiful and we liked how well furnished the place was. We loved that it was right on the beach. The bathrooms were large and felt luxurious. We had only a couple things that we felt could be improved. One, the coverlet on the master bed was thin and since the weather was cold, it would’ve nice to have some extra blankets. Also, we would’ve liked to have some basic kitchen items provided like coffee filters, cooking oil, aluminum foil, etc. We would stay again, however, because it was overall a great value.

Would recommend

Great location, beach access nearly right out your door. Good view. Within walking distance to Forgotten Coast brewery, some food trucks and Mango Marelys, Shell shack and the general store. Unit was very clean. I would definitely rent again.

Perfect location

The location is great, literally steps from the beach. Quiet location at the end of dead end road. Condo is cute and cozy. Beds are fabulous!

Great location

Beautiful condo in great location away from the hustle and bustle of other vacationers. Easy walk onto the beach. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for lunches and dinners. Comfortable beds and clean. Highly recommend!

Quick beach access

We really enjoyed our stay here and have already rebooked for the fall. Our room had quick access to the stairs and there was also and elevator. The only negative was the construction next door, which couldn't be helped. Great place.

The location, condo, and everything about the property was GREAT. My biggest issue was with the management company. We were sent check in instructions with no code… I contacted them immediately and got no response. Had to call VRBO customer service and after an hour and a half they gave me I guess the backup information to get into the condo. Great experience at the condo, loved the location, but the management company needs to double check themselves. At 10PM, we were almost left with no place to stay with our children.

Great location

Great location. Condo is very spacious and bathrooms were nice. General store and seafood market across the street and easy walk. Condo has great lighting in parking garage and carts to take luggage up. Beach is only few steps away. Will be returning! Thanks for a great week.

Girls Trip

My friend and I enjoyed the property. It was perfect for our short beach stay. Just steps from the beach and had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds! Be warned the master king bed is very high. I, being a senior woman, had to use a stool to get on the bed! But once we laughed through my first attempt, I figured out a process! We had a great time! I would definitely stay here again!
