Good Times & Tan Lines is a great 1st tier family friendly home with 4 bedrooms, 3 ½ baths, private saltwater pool. It is one of the best lst tier locations on the Cape with great views of the beach and the bay. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the screened porch or deck, as well as a morning view of the bay that’s great for watching the sun rise. Free Wi-Fi, a well-stocked kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops, outside charcoal and gas grill, comfy screened porch furniture with table and chairs, open deck on 3rd floor with tall Adirondack chairs, open porch area on ground floor, and comfortable pool furniture will add to a great beach vacation. In the house you will find games, books, DVD players, TVs in all bedrooms, large TV in living room, and board games.

The open floor plan with hardwood floors in the living areas, tile in the downstairs entrance area and carpet in the bedrooms add to the comfort. Bathrooms are attractively tiled and feature two (2) bath tub/shower combinations, one (1) walk in shower and one (1) half bath. The downstairs bathroom is accessible from the pool, which is much more convenient than you might imagine.

Good Times & Tan Lines is the gray house with red doors located mid way the cape, .3 of a mile past the Scallop Cove station, and affords easy access to St. Joseph Peninsular State Park, rated #1 beach in the USA. This wonderful area not only has award winning beaches, but offers nature trails, bird watching, horseback riding, golf, frequent sightings of dolphins and eagles, wonderful seafood restaurants and shopping in nearby Apalachicola and Port St Joe, and is ideal for canoeing, kayaking, snorkeling, scalloping, fishing and biking on the new bike path.

Good Times & Tan Lines has 3 floors and is decorated with an easy coastal décor with soothing colors and comfortable furniture.

The bottom floor includes a single carport, an open covered porch (could also be a carport), access to pool and sand box, outside shower with hot and cold water, and ample parking area for several vehicles. Inside is a king sized bedroom, separate full bath with walk in shower, washer and dryer.

The 2nd floor features a screened porch with a comfortable loveseat and four chairs as well as a large eating table with chairs. Inside is an open concept living , dining, and kitchen area with ample seating - two sofas and two extra comfy recliner chairs. The spacious kitchen is well equipped and has stainless steel appliances. The large bar in the kitchen has 4 bar stools and is great for serving and entertaining. The dining area can seat 12.

The third floor features a master bedroom with king sized bed and private bath (tub shower combination) and french doors to the open deck for breathtaking views of the beach and gulf. You can wake up in the morning and lie in bed and look for dolphins jumping in the gulf. It makes an awesome beginning to your day. A second bedroom has a king sized bed and also has French doors that open to the open deck. It shares a Jack and Jill bath with a tub shower that is directly across the hall. A third bedroom has custom queen over queen beds (sleeps 4), and it shares the jack and jill bath (tub shower combination).

Good Times & Tan Lines has free wi-fi, free long distance, and all bedrooms have TVs.

A short walk to the beach, there is a dedicated board walk that puts you right on the beautiful white sandy beach. BEACH GEAR IS PROVIDED!!! We have plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys to choose from and a beach wagon provided for your use! So no need to pack that!!

An ample supply of bed linens and towels are included, as well as professional cleaning before and after each visitor.

Come enjoy Good Times & Tan Lines – have fun in the private pool, get sand between your toes on the secluded beaches, enjoy the shells and discover the turtle nests (but please do not disturb), take a bike ride, go fishing in the Gulf, scalloping in the bay, or just enjoy the sunshine around the pool while you grill a hamburger on the charcoal grill. You might even walk down to the nearby Trading Post and enjoy an ice cream or hot doughnuts (the hot fried croissants are to die for)!

Great Stay for Families

Plenty of room for an extended family of ten. Great space for kids ranging from 2-13. Very short, easy walk to the beach. Perfect location and loved having our own pool. Home had everything we needed.

Relax and refresh

This is a very nice property. Well furnished with everything you need for that "feel at home" experience. Quiet setting and a very short walk to the clean and safe beach, great sunsets. The town of Cape San Blass has everything that you need. If you need more activity / commotion Panama City is a moderate drive away. The host, Teresa, is fantastic. Very communicative and extremely responsive We had a great time.

Great friend week of relaxing!!

Had a great week relaxing by the pool and beach!! The house was perfect for our 4 couples, we are some incredible meals at local restaurants and ended each night with game and cards around the table. Looking forward to our next vacay!!!!

First beach vacation for our boys!

This is as our first vacation with my 9 month old baby boy and my 1 year old nephew and this property was beyond perfect! To the toy bins filled with goodies to the baby gates this house was made for our baby boys to relax on their first ever trip to the beach! The property was also very clean and spacious for our whole family! We will definitely be back!

Fall break stay

We enjoyed Good Times and Tan Lines with our children and both sets of parents. The place is well stocked, quaint, and steps away from the ocean. We enjoyed the nearby trading post for ice cream and walks on the path/ocean. Property owners were super responsive and prompt! We will be back!

Wonderful family vacation!

First time back to the cape in several years and it did not disappoint! This beautiful property has everything you could need and more! This is probably the most well stocked rental we have stayed at and my daughter absolutely loved all the toys available to her to play with. Kids also loved the pool and everyone raved about the comfort of the beds! Spacious, clean, beautiful and convenient to all of our favorite places. Also quick and easy access to the beautiful beach. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Great house! Great location!

We enjoyed our stay in your home while visiting Cape San Blas for the first time. The home was beautifully decorated and we loved the large living/dining/kitchen area. Perfect floor plan for a large group. The kitchen was more than sufficiently supplied with everything you need to cook a great meal. We took full advantage of the screened porch while watching the magnificent sunsets every evening. Would most definitely stay again.

Peaceful Getaway

We traveled to Cape San Blas/Port St Joe area for the first time. We picked this place because it looked nice, had a private pool and a close walk to the beach. It was everything as expected when we arrived. Plenty of space for a family of 4 and in-law parents. My kids loved that they had their own tv in their rooms lol. My favorite spot was the screen in deck relaxing on the chaise couch with a beautiful view of the ocean. She had toys, chairs, umbrella, pool/beach towels readily available. Close walk to the beach in a secluded area. Other vacationer were there as well and our kids made new friends. We will come back again.

Great relaxing get away

This was our first time to the Cape area and the house was in a perfect location. The purpose of this trip was to celebrate my daughter’s 12th birthday swimming and relaxing. There were plenty of food options within 20 minutes and they weren’t as busy compared to other cities in Florida. It was nice having access to the beach right in the back yard. Even though the waves were super strong, we made the best of it: took the boogie boards out and enjoyed time on the beach. The rooms were spacious and the house was fully equipped with all things you need to enjoy the beach! The saltwater pool and three season porch was also amazing to have! Watching the sunset from the end of the dock/walk way was amazing. Overall, great clean house with awesome amenities. We will definitely consider coming back!

This house has everything

The property is very well supplied with everything you need. You don't need to load up chairs, beach toys or much of anything. The description does not cover all the items that the house is supplied with. We were well surprised and enjoyed our week without having to run to store to buy anything but food. The house is everything the description says. The ground level bedroom and bath are nice for older folks that can't do stairs well.

Five Stars at Cape San Blas

Everything is great!!! Definitely 5 stars!!! We really enjoyed having the beverage refrigerator. This is a huge plus to keep all those drinks cold. Then, having the outside shower was another big plus. Then, to top it off, you not only added the new queen set of bunk beds upstairs, but put a king bed in the bedroom on the lower level. The beach is so close to your house we couldn’t ask for a better location. Then, at the end of a long day at the beach coming back to relax in the pool while everyone starts taking showers and getting dinner ready, makes for a wonderful vacation. As you know, we stayed here last year and have already booked it for next July. We’re looking forward to coming back many years into the future."

another perfect holiday

We have rented this house in past for a Christmas week vacation, this time we did an Easter holiday week. It is perfect for children and adults. It took about 5 min to find Barbie dolls, books and blocks .Many beach toys and special shovels that made a beach trip daily. The house is just as fresh and clean as when we stayed more than a year ago. Beds are all comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, bowls, dishes. Dinning room table is kid friendly and great spot for arts and crafts. My favorite spot is the screened porch off the living area. Bathrooms on each level . The pool was great and very well cared for. Perfect spot for multi generation vacation. Short walk to beach. and 9 min walk to general store if you are missing anything.

Awesome Vacation

We had an absolute blast staying at this beach home for spring break. Everything was fully stocked and well taken care of. Any and every kitchen supply that we needed was available, there was more sleeping than was originally listed so that was a plus for us (we found a cot in the downstairs closet), and the games provided were fantastic. The amount of outdoor seating on the two decks as well as around the pool were great for us - especially early in the morning for those wanting to enjoy their coffee while watching the waves. Our group loved how close the house was to the beach - which was beautiful!! We appreciated how Cape San Blas was a relatively quiet beach, but everyone on the beach was so friendly, and the locals were especially willing to let us in on good restaurants and shops to visit near the beach, as well as share their fish tales with us! The owners were very prompt in responding to any questions we had before the trip and wanted to make sure everything was in great shape when we arrived - which it was! We will definitely keep this home in mind for our next vacation! :)

Great house for families!

Beach house is great. Just a few steps to the beach. Has water views from both main and upper floors. Private pool was nice as well- it’s small but actually bigger than most of the private pools on the Cape. The house is nearby multiple other houses, so expect not to have the beach to yourself. However we were never crowded. The house is short walk to the ice cream shop and convenience stores. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes/pots/appliances. The living room and kitchen are large and we were comfortable with all 10 of us in there. The bathrooms are tiny, but who cares- you didn’t rent a beach house to have a luxurious bath. There are 3.5 baths, but one is jack/Jill, so there are 5 toilets/sinks. Internet is iffy- it’s satellite, but I could also get a couple of bars of ATT cell service. But once again- we didn’t come to this gorgeous beach to stare at our devices. Property manager quickly responded to all my questions. We loved this house and hope to return again!

Great House

We stayed at this house with another family and it was the perfect size. Great house with lots of space and very close to the beach and a great location on the cape as well. The pool came in handy, we used it a good bit.
