Loved the beach.

We enjoyed the unit it was clean and the host also had a cart to use to tote our stuff to the beach which wasn’t a long walk but when your taking stuff for a 2 year old it definitely helped us! The unit was great with two bathrooms and king size beds and the washer/dryer was great also.

1st experience at Mexico Beach Florida

Overall the stay was very good. The location was very good, easy to find, easy walk to beach and close to the few restaurants and stores on the beach. The only issues were having only one tiny bar of soap in each bathroom and the grill was not clean.

Extended weekend getaway

The house was immaculate…easy to find and get to..it was in a quiet neighborhood even though it was near the highway and construction was going on across the street. We have no complaints about anything. Amanda, our host, was always prompt in responding to emails and very helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Mexico Beach Location

Property was perfect for 5 of us (4 adults and one 6 year old). Comfortable beds (2 Kings and a sofa fold out) and clean, functional living and kitchen areas. It was approximately a one block walk to the beach (5 minutes to the water). Good value for the quality and location of this duplex. Only complaint would be that we only had a "starter" supply of toiletries (toilet paper, hand soap, etc.). For a 5 day stay we had to restock. Otherwise it was a great stay and I highly recommend this location.

Perfect Getaway

This property looks brand new and is extremely neat and clean. Well stocked kitchen to cook meals (there is a wonderful local seafood market across the street!) Very close to the beach. We will definitely be back!

Post Christmas De-stressor

Ultra clean and comfortably furnished rental. Had everything you need for a beach vacation. Area is very laid back; No fast food restaurants (yeah). Sugar sand beaches are GORGEOUS 😍! Visit the Shell Shack to buy some fresh seafood. You won’t regret it.

Perfect accommodation

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was well laid out, efficient, attractive, quiet, and clean. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and it has a private outdoor space. It is conveniently located close to the beach and marina. We especially enjoyed the fact that the check-in and departure instructions were so simple, which is not always the case with large management companies. The owners were responsive and pleasant in our communications. It really has everything we needed and is plenty spacious. A few hooks here and there would be useful but that’s not a big deal. We really enjoyed our stay!

Review of stay

The washer and dryer did not work properly. The clothes were still very wet when the washer was finished. Even ran it thru a second spin and still very wet. Dryer could only handle about 10 Pieces of laundry at a time and run it thru 2 cycles in the dryer. Otherwise it was a perfect stay

Mexico Beach Gem

My husband and I stayed at the property for the month of March 2022. Can't say enough about the place. Nice private backyard and quiet neighborhood. The unit was well stocked for our one month stay and extremely clean. The owner Amanda was just so easy to deal with and very kind. Just a few minutes walk to the beach down the road, or walk around the marina and you have another beach to walk on for miles. Walking distance are a few little stores, including Shell Shack where you can purchase the best fresh seafood and very reasonably priced. A little bit up the highway is Port St. Joe with more great little stores and restaurants. A must is Joe Mama's and View on 98. Then you head further to Apalachicola where there are more great restaurants and stores to visit. We will be back for sure.

Beach treat!

Great place to stay. Only a few steps to the beach. Love that it is ground level and didn’t have lug stuff upstairs. Beautifully decorated, very clean.
