Nestled in the Windmark neighborhood near the Forgotten Coast, with a community pool, beach access, and multiple bike paths and boardwalks, this home is ideally located for a relaxing beach vacation. With beach access only a 4-minute drive away, guests will love these pet-friendly accommodations!

Entering this airy home, guests immediately discover the charming open living and dining space. Start the day by whipping up breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen with gorgeous quartz countertops and high-end appliances before eating together at the 8-person dining room table with 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar. Unwind from the day’s activities in front of the 55†TV on plush furnishings bathed in natural light. Or, step through the French doors to access a small private patio with seating for 4, where guests can enjoy a nightcap while overlooking the tranquil pond at sunset. At the front of the house is an expansive guest bedroom with a king bed and an attached living space and kitchen, perfect for those who desire a bit more privacy and extra room. Down the hall is a guest bedroom with a queen bed and a third guest bedroom with a full-over-full bunk bed. The primary bedroom in this home includes a king bed and a private bathroom with a separate shower and tub. All the bedrooms have a wall-mounted TV. *Per the HOA, this home does not allow boat parking in the neighborhood, but jetskis can be stored in the garage as long as they fit. If you need to store a boat on your vacation it is recommended that you call StoragePup, Bayou RV and Storage, and/or Boat Yard Storage to make arrangements prior to your arrival.
