Details: Cottage at Surfside is a beautiful beach home in the quiet community of Surfside. Located in South Cape San Blas, wider beaches often make this area more appealing. Designer touches give this home a coastal elegance that will make you feel at home immediately. Also, once you are in the house, everything is on the same level. No more steps to climb. Paved roads in the community also make this a great area to ride bicycles and its close proximity to the 8-mile Logger Head Walk/Bike Path makes it a perfect choice for biking and hiking enthusiasts. The path runs from the beginning of Cape San Blas Road to T.H. Stone Memorial St. Joseph Peninsula State Park.

Beautiful, comfortable, private pool, extra parking, and just a short walk from the beach – all fully descriptive of Cottage at Surfside. Small groups, small families, or couples time away, this beach home will make your vacation dreams come true.

*Your reservation includes $250 worth of beach gear. That’s right! Rent a beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, and more for your stay. Your $250 credit will go a long way!

*We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs, not to exceed the weight limit of 50lbs, for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $200, plus tax. Please note that dogs must be crated when unsupervised. The screened-in porch must not be used as a kennel.

*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

Very clean. The most well stocked home we’ve ever stayed in except for no kitchen hand towels or wash clothes. Loved the screened in porch & the pool. The walk to the beach was a little longer than I thought it was but it was ok. The beds were very comfortable. Loved that they had room darling curtains in the bedrooms. Great water pressure for taking showers. Over all it was VERY nice

Super Clean Home

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was cozy and not too far from the beach. Our kids loved playing in the pool. This home was the cleanest vacation rental I have stayed at. It also had everything we needed, and we really appreciated the pantry space for storing groceries.

Stay for Daughter's wedding.

Very nice place to stay, very clean and beds were comfy. We stayed for our daughter's wedding and owner was very accommodating to our early check in request. Definitely would stay there again. Beautiful house, close to the beach and pool was nice also.

Great!

We had a great time. We had some initial problems with the refrigerator and air conditioning. The property managers were there within an hour of our reporting the issue (on a Saturday!), and they followed up in person on Sunday as well. Management also offered to replace our groceries if necessary, but fortunately that was not needed. The master bedroom mattress was exceptionally comfortable; even the bunk bed mattresses were comfortable! We’d love to revisit in the future!

Amazing

We had a wonderful time at Cottage at Surfside! The property was even better than we expected! We enjoyed the large bedrooms, the screened in porch, tons of storage in the kitchen and closets, as well as the pool area and easy walk to the beach. We had to call maintenance towards the end of the week for a stopped up drain and garbage disposal…maintenance came quickly and fixed the issues along with replacing a shower head and shower curtain that he just noticed while he was there. We would highly recommend this property and Natural Retreats.

Great stay, easy to social distance in the neighborhood.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The home we exactly as shown in the pictures and well stocked. We loved the off the beaten path feel that we got from the neighborhood and the area in general. We will definitely be visiting again.

Really great house and location!

Our family loved our first vacation to Cape San Blas and this lovely rental house was such a big part of that wonderful experience. The location is wonderful and the neighborhood so quiet. The walk to the beach from the house was quick and easy. The beach was not crowded and clean. The house is laid out so well and stocked with so many amenities its impossible to rate it less than 5 stars. The ONLY criticisms we had were that it was not well cleaned the day we arrived. Under the beds in two of the bedrooms had Cheerios, empty grocery bags, a couple dirty socks, and just random food debris. (That was really our only cleanliness concern, but it did creep me out making me wonder where else they might have shortcut on cleanliness that I couldn’t see.) The grill was not functional when we got there but the rental company came out twice in the first couple days to get it going again. After that it was smooth sailing. Like I said, the rental was almost perfect, though the cleaning routine needs to improve so that renters feel the company is taking their cleanliness seriously in a Pandemic.

Perfect vacation home

No complaints at all. The house is actually more amazing than the pictures show it to be. My wife and 6 kids loved everything about it. Would highly recommend and will definitely come back.
