The ground level of this stilted home pairs entertainment with ease. Find plenty of on-site parking spaces, a barbecue grill, an outdoor shower, and a sprawling yard with a built-in firepit for roasting s’mores and sharing memorable nights with friends and family around the crackling fire.

Take the exterior stairs to a vast wraparound deck on the main level. Partially shaded by a beautiful pergola and featuring a high-top table, as well as bar stool seating at the rail, it’s an idyllic spot to savor coffee in the morning while taking in the sweeping Bay views. Head inside to discover a massive great room with soaring cathedral ceilings, picture windows, and natural tongue-and-groove pine walls. Enjoy winding down with loved ones and watching movies from the comfy sofa, loveseat, and 2 wicker armchairs in the living space. Crafting cuisine to fuel the day’s fun is easy with the kitchen’s modern appliances and plentiful counter space.
