Gorgeous condo with gulf views, pool & hot tub in Mexico Beach. Sleeps 6.

Enjoy the best of condo living at Summerhouse in Mexico Beach. This 2BR/2BA condo, unit 102, sleeps 6 and has an open floor plan that makes it enjoyable to spend time with your family. The gorgeous gulf views from the balcony cannot be beaten! You can hear, see and smell the saltwater and enjoy beautiful sunsets. There is a private boardwalk leading to the beach with an outdoor shower. You will have your toes in the sand in 200 steps!

The Summerhouse Condominiums offer amenities unique to only this building in Mexico Beach. There is a community heated pool and hot tub on the second floor of the building, as well as a year-round wood sauna. The elevated pool deck allows for beautiful views of the beach. On the ground floor on the canal side of the building are outdoor grilling areas and dining tables for Summerhouse guests.

The master bedroom has a King size bed with a pillowtop mattress. The attached bathroom has a large garden tub and shower. It has a smart TV, an extra-large closet, and views of the canal. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a smart TV, more views of the canal, and a spacious closet. The hallway has built-in bunk beds and each bunk has its own smart plug for phones and tablets. This is a favorite spot for the kids! There is a shared hall bath with a stand-up shower.

There is a new front loader washer/dryer in the laundry closet. The open living/kitchen includes four barstools for bar seating, a dining area, and a gulf view living room that includes a queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. The balcony with those amazing views will be your favorite spot - it has two Adirondack chairs and a large dining table. There is a large smart TV and board games for the family; lots of extra blankets and two cozy sitting areas.

We want our beachside retreat to be your home away from home while you are visiting so we've taken care to stock it with all the things you would need to be comfortable and cozy. The kitchen has everything you need and more. We provide travel-size toiletries, towels for each guest, beach towels for your use, two beach chairs, 2 coffee pots, and much more!

Please note: there is one designated parking spot for the unit and a guest parking lot; however, no boats, jet skis, or trailers are allowed. Please do not hang your towels from any balcony or leave items in the hallways (this is a Florida state law). Pets and smoking are not allowed. The primary renter must be 25 or older and stay on-premises for the entire stay.

Great place to stay. Easy walk to the beach and nice to have pool access too. The couch was super comfy and cozy! My husband commented on how nice the place was and he usually doesn't give much feedback lol. We enjoyed the stay!!

Awesome Place to Stay

We truly enjoyed our time here, very conveniently located close to the stairs on the first floor for easy access to parking and the walkway to the beach. House was furnished very nicely and the owners really go above and beyond by providing beach towels and chairs for your convenience. We have added this to the top of our list for Mexico Beach and will be booking again soon.

Easy access to the beach. Beautiful view from balcony. Great place to stay for family of 6, plenty of space. Liked parking in garage, close to elevator. Nice pool and hot tub.

A perfect place!

Our plans changed last minute and we had to find a new place to stay. This was our first time visiting Mexico Beach and it was great. The condo was very clean and perfect for our needs. The walk across the street was so easy and very convenient. Would definitely stay here again. Hayley was very easy to communicate with and made our stay even better!

The best Spring Break vacay!

Hayley was fantastic to work with. She was fast to respond and very friendly. The condo was super clean. Spacious living room. We had everything we needed from extra bath towels, beach towels, and more. It was nice being on the first floor (one floor up from parking) because you could easily walk over to the beach. The boys loved fishing off the beach and going back and forth to the pool and hot tub. Bad Mamma Jamma was our favorite eat of the trip. But we also loved going in to PSJ for the raw bar. We will definitely be back!

Perfect stay

Highly recommended condo for Mexico Beach. This was our first time staying in Mexico Beach and really loved the more secluded / less touristy vibe of Mexico beach and would highly recommend. Now for this Condo. It was just perfect for our family with Adultish Daughters. Great proximity and access to the beach. Pool / hot tub was good and not busy. Decent selections of restaurants in the area (a few in walking distance). Condo was well stocked, clean, and comfortable. Enjoyed our time and would stay again on our next visit.

A Perfect (Beach) Home Away From Home!

We had a great stay here, and would absolutely stay here again! It was a smooth and simple check-in, even with the keyless entry offline the hosts made it as easy as can be. Parking is convenient and covered, only a few steps to the unit. The interior is exactly as described, cozy and with a great view of the ocean from the roomy porch. It was a quick, easy walk to the beach and a good handful of food options nearby. The master bed was plush and comfortable, perfect for an afternoon nap. We really enjoyed our stay and would come visit again - we much preferred the laid back Mexico Beach vibes to the more busy sections west of Panama City Beach.

Amazing!

Absolutely LOVED our stay in this condo! Communication eith Hayley was perfect the entire time we stayed. Check in was super easy and the condo was immaculate. The location was perfect, you could see and hear the ocean from the balcony! Everything was gorgeous in the condo from the linens to the kitchen, you can tell it is very well taken care of and there is everything you need for your family to enjoy your stay. Amenities are very close by and the town of Mexico Beach is quiet and peaceful even during busy season. I fell in love with this condo while we were there, it was just perfect. We are already planning our next stay!!

Cute condo in a great location

We love Mexico Beach and we love Summerhouse. We were referred to this unit after the one we have used before was already booked. Loved the location and convenience of being on level 1 with easy beach access. Condo is cute, especially with the built in bunks. Living room is extremely spacious which is nice. You can see the ocean right across the street. Owner was WONDERFUL to work with. Would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend.

Mexico Beach condo

The property was great - as described with a convenient location across the street from the beach. The owner was responsive and helpful. While Mexico Beach is away from the crazy crowding of 30A, it is not the most charming beach town. The majority of restaurants wiped out by the recent hurricane have returned as food trucks that close by 5, leaving few dinner options close by. I hope the town will continue to rebuild, and if it does we would go back and stay here again!

Great get away!

Very comfortable and great location. This place is only a short 1 min walk to the beach (you can see the ocean from the balcony). If you are into Pickleball there are three courts just a half a block away. The hot tub, heated pool and covered parking are a bonus as well! We stay in this condo complex frequently and have never been disappointed. The one thing that was a surprise is the master bedroom does not face the ocean side. The host is very responsive and helpful. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful condo, beautiful location—Our family had a great time on our first trip to Mexico Beach. Mexico Beach is a small, beautiful beach town and was the perfect location for the relaxing, laid-back vacation we were looking for! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed (kitchen utensils, beach towels, beach chairs, etc.). The complex is very family friendly and we had great interactions with the other guests on site. Neither the pool, nor beach, were crowded which made watching our four children easy. Great communication by the host and all relevant information was clearly spelled out in emails prior to our arrival. Book this condo, you won’t regret it!

Beautiful

This condo is beautiful with an amazing view of the gulf. We stayed for 5 nights and had absolutely everything that we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The condo itself was very clean and well decorated. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with our coffee every morning. Our kids loved the heated pool and we enjoyed the hot tub every evening. We booked directly with Haley, which was so much easier and did not have all the extra fees. Haley responded immediately with any questions we had. We will definitely be returning to Mexico Beach and this condo.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was like walking into a slice of heaven with a beautiful view of the gulf. Even though it was just me and wife this condo will accommodate a family of eight easily. There are two bedrooms one with queen size bed and the other with king size bed, and TV's. In the entrance hallway there are bunk beds, in the living room a hideabed couch, and there are two bathrooms with amenities. Kitchen was well furnished and easy to move around in. Livingroom was large with couch, loveseat, two chairs, TV, and dinette set. Porch with table and chairs. Condo was beautifully decorated and provided that warm feeling of home. Super clean! The best I have seen to date! If we had any questions the owner was quick to respond and help us out. Rules for check-in and check-out are very easy to follow. For those vacationing I highly recommend this beautiful condo.

Beach Vacation

Had a great time in Mexico Beach. Working directly with the owner is the way to go. Hayley’s condo was well equipped with all kitchen items. Also more then enough bath towels. Beach chairs, toys and beach towels for your use. We brought our own. The condo was all new. Very nice and comfortable. Hayley was great to work with if you have a question she would get back to you promptly. We would go back.

In the two times we have stayed, there has never been any issues. The condo is always very clean. It is very open and roomy. The pool and hot tub are one flooor above. The beach access it right across the road. However, it is a very short walk. The beach is never packed, people are not right on top of you. Mexico Beach is a very laidback community. I highly recommend Mexico Beach. If you are going to Mexico Beach, you need to stay in this condo. Wonderful experiences both times we have stayed. Thank you Hayley!
