Great Location
The location was the best part of my stay. I was very disappointed in the room itself upon arrival. It was not as well kept as the pictures show.
We loved this condo! It wasn't perfect - the mattresses could be replaced and the sliding door upstairs is broken - but we still enjoyed it!

Great Location
Super close to the beach. The property needs some TLC. It is a lot of money to spend for a vacation rental that is in dire need of updates. Walking distance to local store, small restaurant, seafood market, early-morning donuts shop, and ice cream.

Whataday is a huge disappointment!
The property named Whataday is very old, outdated with rotting wood door frames. Very much in need of lots of repairs. The front door threshold moves when going in and out the front door, exposing the sub-floor and is nasty, not to mention a fall hazard. The screened-in back porch was super nasty with hair and filth, rotting wood and dirty porch furniture. The upstairs king bedroom mattress was very hard and uncomfortable, so my son-in-law had to sleep on a sofa. The downstairs 2nd bedroom mattress was broken down so I had to sleep in the middle of the bed. The backyard is very overgrown and the field mice are loving it. My family had to walk over next door to use the neighbors pathway to the beach. The kitchen pots and pans are very used and need replacing. The towels are very thin and need replacing. The vacuum cleaner does not vacuum, it runs but is very old and does not suction. There is no washer/dryer. This property is obviously not being maintained. Does anyone ever inspect the properties you rent? The pictures online are very old because this property is very much in need of repairs from yeats ago. I will never stay at “Whataday” again.
Great time and great place.
I’ll be staying there next year.
My wife and I would love to have a screen on the second floor patio door.
There is only 1 small window in the bathroom.

Thank you
Pictures show furnishings that no longer are in the home, but overall the condo is convenient to the beach/ocean and comfortable. Everything works, even if some of the furnishings and decor are a bit worn or dated. It was still a very reasonable price for a condo literally steps from the beach.

Excellent location, run-down home
We loved the proximity to the beach, and the screened porch. The price is good for the area and beachfront status also. The beds were either too hard or very old and sagging. The furniture is different than pictured. The furniture on the screened porch was uncomfortable, making us less able to enjoy that feature of the house. Many windows didn’t have screens. Check-in requires a trip to the office and a physical key (rather than the more common & convenient modern option of a keypad lock), and none of the office staff wore masks. With some updates & improvements to the house itself, the beds and porch furniture, and the check in, this could easily become a 5-star location.
