Coffee on the main deck while the pond does its peaceful thing, the grill fired up for breakfast, then a short 40-step stroll to the beach with everything loaded from the stocked closet. When the group wants a break from the waves, the beachfront pool is literally across the street. Come evening, the back deck becomes the best seat in the house — Polywood dining table, gas grill, the pond catching the fading light — before everyone retreats to their own private Gulf-view balcony upstairs. The main level is open and generously proportioned — stylish, fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances flowing into a bright dining area and comfortable living room with queen sleeper sofa and Smart TV, all opening directly onto the large back deck with its Polywood gas grill dining setup and freshwater pond view. A convenient half bath and dedicated beach gear storage area at the top of the stairs round out the main floor.
