The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
We hope you have a wonderful stay! When it’s time to leave (by 11:00 am Eastern/10:00 am Central) Strip the bed sheets and leave them in a pile on the beds. Wash, dry, and put away any dishes used.
Take out all trash (On Monday nights, place the bin near the road/alley). Trash that doesn't fit in the bin, take with you at check out. Costs related to trash haul away will be charged to guest.
Gather any food or supplies you brought with you. Log out of all streaming services. Turn off TVs, lights, and fans. Set the thermostat to 75°F. Close all windows and lock all doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
