- We will address any elevator issues as quickly as local service providers can manage.
- Your reservation includes $300 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.
- This is a non-smoking property.

Bringing a Pet (2 Small Dog Limit) or want Pool Heat? They can be arranged for additional fees (please note that pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature). No events are allowed that are over the occupancy of the house or that require a chaperone. We strictly adhere to a minimum age limit for renters.
