"Wonderful location. Very kind and helpful reception staff. Very comfortable room and good breakfast. The upstairs terrace was nice too. We enjoyed our stay in Ortigia."

"The location of the property is great - close walk to the centre of Ortigia and a sea view. Don't be fooled by the photos - the terrace is not connected to any of the rooms and is accessed via the rooftop. Rooms with sea view have a small window only. Decor is very dated and fixtures are old but beds are clean and comfortable. There is an elevator. Breakfast is ok compared to what we had at other hotels. continental only. Would not pay for it if it wasn't included. Staff were very friendly and helpful."
