"The place smell of sewage that comes from the toilet and it is noisy. The furniture is old, scratched and with missing bits and pieces, the staff is generally very rude, and the automated check-in has an hidden fee (very small but still a percentage of the city tax is levied for the cost of keeping the system) and it doesn't allow for an opt out of the privacy regulations (by law only necessary information can be retained while the hotel needs to give an option not to consent for the rest). "Non è un vero hotel ma assomiglia di più a un b&b ben curato. Camera singola accogliente ma piccola senza spazio per aprire bagaglio, ma con tutti i comfort dal bollitore alle pantofole. Pulizia insufficiente: lenzuola e asciugamani vecchi e non sembravano pulitissimi, tende sporche pavimento del bagno all'arrivo non ben pulito si vedevano macchie recenti. Riscaldamento ok. Colazione nella media ma in locale freddo. Non adatto a chi ha problemi a fare le scale. Personale disponibile e gentile."
