WINTER SPECIAL - Stay 2 or more nights Sunday to Thursday between 1 May and 19 Sept 2025 and receive a 15% discount on nightly rate, excludes school holidays and long weekends.

This comfortable double brick home stays cool in Summer and warm in Winter, has beautiful wooden floors throughout and is family and pet friendly. The home has three bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 7 people. Master bedroom with BIR - one queen bed. Bedroom 2 - one double bed and one single bed. Bedroom 3 - one queen bed. The modular lounge can sleep an extra person.
Rejuvenated bathroom with separate shower and large cast iron bath.
Rejuvenated kitchen with lots of accessories.

Property features include large north facing merbau deck enclosed by a pergola that provides privacy and comfort no matter what the weather when entertaining or just lounging about.
The indoor dining area has seating for 6, while the undercover outdoor area has seating for 8. There's also an outdoor courtyard with a table and chairs.

Additional features:
Secure fences and child-safe gates, and the huge backyard provides plenty of room for dogs to roam and is visually appealing for children to explore and play.
Recently rejuvenated laundry with smart washing machine and dryer, Elna press and iron/ironing board.
Separate indoor and external toilets.
Split system in lounge. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, portable heaters and electric blankets on each bed.
Modern Webber BBQ that does all types of cooking including roasts and pizzas

Comfortable and plenty of room. We took our dog and huge outdoor space which is very secure for a dog. Great facilities for a family with kids. Close to shops and beach. Wanted a relaxing break and we loved it. Thank you.

Our group stayed over Christmas and was exactly what we needed for a group getaway, we used the kitchen to cook our Christmas Day lunch and the town was quiet but close to the wineries, breweries and the adventure water park that we had planned for our trip. The only thing that we missed was having a smart tv, but we made do with the dvd collection and free to air cricket!

Always a few new extras at the home which we really appreciate - butter and spreads plus milk in the fridge. New coffee machine looks great! The deck and yard are so great for our fur babies- plenty to explore and grass to roll on! Always a wonderful stay 😁

A comfortable weekend visit to Portarlington, well located, clean and in good condition. The weekend was a bit chilly so we would have been a bit warmer overnight had the beds been fitted with electric blankets. I’d never visited Portarlington before and would definitely stay at Willis Place again.

We were in need of an affordable place for two nights as we were enabling an event at the Potato Shed. The accommodation we sought was for ourselves, our daughter (who is heavily pregnant) and her husband, their dog and ours. Willis Place was very suited for this type of purpose and Will himself is very communicative and wants to be helpful.

We've had a great time and kids really enjoyed all the backyard entertainment including the trampoline and table tennis. Will and Gabe were very accommodating by letting us stay a bit longer on a rainy checkout morning, thank you again! Heated blankets were a welcome bonus. Overall clean, but rated down as bathtub needed a wash and kitchen floor wasn't sweeped. Would recommend and happily return. Cheers

Such a nice family home, massive backyard and pet friendly. Our super small dog was so happy with the space away from small backyard in Melbourne. We walked every where, so close to amenities, many more high quality restaurants than we remember from five years ago. Thanks so much, our host William even contacted me via mobile from Japan to make sure our check in was OK!
