"This was my favorite hotel. The room, although small, was clean. What made it special was the staff. Rachel was/is the best. I like pastries and Rachel took the time to tell us about some of the top pastry places. Every time we saw her, she made us feel at home. The other staff were great too. The other thing that stood out, was the diversity of the staff. All were great, even the cleaning people. I will definitely stay at this hotel again and again. So glad I picked Hotel Madeleine Haussmann."
