"Everything was perfect about this lodging. The location is incredible. You can’t look in any direction without seeing a great restaurant or beautiful cathedral. Jeanne, the manager, was extremely helpful even though this isn’t a typical hotel with 24/7 front desk service. The breakfast buffet deserves particular mention, offering an excellent and generous selection that made for a truly enjoyable start to each day. In terms of location, the hotel is ideally situated directly in front of a tram station, providing convenient and direct connections to both the airport and the city centre. This made travel to and from the property seamless and efficient. Overall, I would highly recommend the FirstName Hotel to anyone visiting Bordeaux, whether for business or leisure.
