We had book a hotel in st ives and it was confirmed but when we reach there the hotel owner said it was cancelled weeks ago and hotels.com still confirmed our booking. When I asked for refund they said I haves to book new hotel through them or I don’t get a refund. "So many lovely options of spots to sit and relax inside and outside. Comfortable outside seating to enjoy the view and sunset. Pools, spa, path to the beach. Wonderful buffet breakfast, nice restaurant for dinner, bar. It’s all there. This is a very well run, comfortable place to stay."
