"Lovely staff and excellent location. Rooms look as though they have been recently refurbished. Cold breakfast selection not as good as it used to be but good variety of cooked breakfasts on offer. I found the restaurant very cold in the evening but fine in the morning. Plenty of supplies in the room, tea, coffee, water, biscuits and toiletries etc."

"Arrived at the hotel and no Family room available to us as per our booking of 2 x adults and 2 x children (both aged 10). As we had travelled for over 5 hours had no choice but to take the Double Room offered and the children had to sleep on the floor - with no bedding / pillows / put me up beds etc. made available. No milk was in the room for refreshments and upon asking at reception was told that none was available to us......?! Set in a quiet and stunning location in Caernarfon - however,...

"Everything was fine and plenty of parking. Wine and cakes to greet us! The mobile home is tight (e.g. narrow doors - compared to a normal home) but this was expected, even for a big van. Nevertheless, plenty big enough for three of us. Owners could not be more helpful. Great hosts. The noise from the busy A487 when bedroom windows are open during hot nights can be a bit disturbing for light sleepers - but then we were in an unusual heat wave!
