"Arrived at the hotel and no Family room available to us as per our booking of 2 x adults and 2 x children (both aged 10). As we had travelled for over 5 hours had no choice but to take the Double Room offered and the children had to sleep on the floor - with no bedding / pillows / put me up beds etc. made available. No milk was in the room for refreshments and upon asking at reception was told that none was available to us......?! Set in a quiet and stunning location in Caernarfon - however,...

Bwthyn Branwen: Accessible Pet-Friendly Cottage in Aberffraw | Managed by Anglesey Holiday Lettings

10/10 Excellent

"We had a lovely week in the cottage, it had everything we needed and was very comfortable and cosy. The location is great with a nice cafe just across the street, a pub round the corner, a village shop and easy access to the beach."

Y Cei: 4‑Bed Beach House Sleeping 8 in Aberffraw | Managed by Anglesey Holiday Lettings

10/10 Excellent

"Been going the beach at Aberfraw for many years, we watched this property being renovated so when it appeared on Anglesey Holidays we had to book it & it didn't disappoint !!! it is beautiful with everything we needed."

Kite Cottage: Pet-friendly Holiday Cottage in Malltraeth

8/10 Good

"Lovely accommodation. A really comfortable bed, even noted what make the mattress was. I like cooking and the kitchen was very well equipped. Safe secure garden for our dog. Parking was a little difficult,as someone staying down the road parked outside and didn't move there vehicle for several days. We walked to Newborough, then on to Rhoscolyn, throughout out our stay."

Sardis Chapel 1

8/10 Good

"Communication in the build up and during check in was fantastic. The pictures represented the property, the bedrooms were spacious, the kitchen well equipped and the property was spotless. However, we had a problem 1 evening and needed to reach the host, the only way to try to contact was through various automated channels and we never heard back from anyone despite including a video of the problem."

Ty Capel Bach: A pet-friendly cottage in Hermon

8/10 Good

"A great house in a great location with walks from the door. Enclosed garden area for the dog but would like to see a gate across the driveway so he has use of all the garden. House is a bit tired looking but always clean & welcoming & I will definitely be returning."

Melin Y Bont - a dog that sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms

10/10 Excellent

"The windmill is a wonderful place to stay! Its location is a 3 minute drive to a local shop, and 5 minutes to a beach. The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful, only broken by the RAF jets chorus from around 8am until about 5.30, which I loved anyway. The beds were changed but the property wasn’t fully checked, the fridge & all crockery were filthy from the previous tenants, and food was left in the freezer (not the end of the world). Please note that the cleaning journal where you leave reviews has many pages ripped out…..Bring anti-slip shoes for the stairs, and ensure the fittest are in the top room, as even for me it was tiring - you cannot carry luggage upstairs so unload downstairs and carry clothes etc up instead. The internet wasn’t great, so keep in mind to pre-load programmes onto pads for children, also the kids channels aren’t accessible on the tv in the front room either. The decking around the base of the windmill is in a dangerous state sadly (I work in construction and civil engineering) with broken boards, chunks missing and exposed nails and screws - this needs addressing immediately! Replace with composite and it’ll hold its colour and last 30 years. If you visit PLEASE don’t let children or anyone over 12 stone walk around the decking, it is a huge drop below and I’m not exaggerating when I say it is THAT dangerous. The windmill has a nice plot of land to the front which is ideal for children to play, just remember there is a watercourse to the rear."

Large Detached Property Walking Distance To The Beach | Llywelyn-Fawr

10/10 Excellent

"This house is wonderful! It is large with lots of room and everything you could need. It is beautifully decorated and very clean. We really enjoyed walking into the town and eating at the cafe and having a drink at the pub. The people were very friendly and welcoming!"

Bwthyn Gwenllyr - sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms

10/10 Excellent

"The property was excellent, better than my expectations. Layout of the house is perfect for families and friends. Fully equipped with everything needed, including the kitchen, with all utensils provided in duplicate. We had excellent weather on the second day, but the house was comfortable even in the blustery cold night that followed. Only negative, as mentioned by another poster here, is the electric shower in the master bathroom. "
