"On arrival we received a very warm welcome, the staff are very attentive and helpful. Our room was clean and bright, bed was very comfortable as we're the pillows. The only downside was the smell of drains not only in our room but around the hotel I think there must have been some sort of an issue as there were a maintenance team looking at this on day 2 of our stay. But dont let this put you off. The breakfast is a must, so well presented and plenty of choice."

"This place is all about the wonderful staff. We felt so welcomed here. The rooms are nice. The pool areas are wonderful - our preference was the garden pool. Breakfast buffet offered a great choice."

"It will be a great hotel next year but at the moment it's a very expensive building site. Things don't work, things are not installed. Instead of relaxing time by the pool, there is drilling and digging. Staff are doing the best they can to accommodate but it was still very hard to call this holiday "relaxing"."
