"The room was cleaned each day to a basic standard (bed made, room, bathroom cleaned and towels replaced if the old towels were left in the shower). The hotel provides beach/pool towels You pay a €10 deposit per towel. The towels can be exchanged with the pool lifeguard each day. Pools are well maintained and there is a lifeguard at each pool between 10 am - 6pm. Freshwater pools so the water is cold. Both pools have easy access to a bar providing drinks and light snacks. Main pool also has a sun terrace and easy access to the beautiful beach, with soft sand and shallow warm sea with a couple of restaurants and shops. The 'main' pool terrace is where the entertainment is held, outside if warm enough and inside if not. There is table service during the evening. You can also collect your breakfast from the dining room and take it out to the pool terrace in the morning. The restaurant was well run with professional, efficient staff who were mostly friendly. It is always possible to find someone who is able to help you in whatever language you speak. Both breakfast/dinner consisted of a good selection of hot and cold options, with plenty of salad, vegetable choices there was always a good choice of meats, fish, cheeses etc. The food was plentiful, varied and tasty. We really enjoyed our stay and we would recommend it highly. We came to this resort and hotel 52 years ago and returned this year to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary."

"Another excellent stay, this time was upgraded to a balcony! Nice large room with all the facilities, the fridge temp is a bit too high and I couldn't find a way to adjust. Good to have a proper bath rather then just a shower! Also very qouet despite being street-side, thick curtains help keep the noise out. The two disappointing things are the jacuzzi (bubble bath) was closed, and that an extra payment would be required anyway, and that the downstairs bar in the lounge is closed/unused, which would be a great feature."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless the girl that cleaned our room was lovely . We had a fantastic view of the beach from our room. The breakfast staff was great cleaning the tables as soon as people had left them and keeping on top of things and very friendly."

"This was our second time in this property and it will not be the last. The service exceeded expectations. The staff in the housekeeping staff, front desk and restaurants were super nice and kind. The good vibe put on by Chelli from Charallave, Roberto, and all the staff (i did not write down the names) were all incredible. The property is in great condition and perfect maintenance. Room service was always super fast. The breakfast buffet is huge with so many options. Really impressive. Plus for kitchen staff. We already discussed returning next summer. Thanks for making this a great couple vacation."

"The room was very clean but my toilet smelt like cigarettes and drained pipes. The staff are friendly though there was an issue over a towel. They couldn’t find the deposit receipt, and accused one of friends of taking it only to find the receipt later. They didn’t really apologise, which is actually the only reason why I am leaving this review. Mistakes are made, we are all human, but an apology to a paying customer can go along way."
