Villa located in a secured residence "Domaine des Marines" with shared pool(open july and august) only 300 m to the seal. This villa has two bedrooms one on the ground floor and another on the first floor, fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, shower room and a toilet downstairs. There is a pleasant living area on the mezzanine upstairs South facing terrace with a tiled roof perfect for enjoying meals outside. Private parking space.

This residence is in a perfect position to enjoy the seaside resort of Portiragnes Plage. The restaurants and shops are just a short walk away making it an ideal destination for families.
