"Great property - Ice Machines were either broken or not there at all - paint smell pretty strong - bathrooms small but beautiful rooms. - Free coffee was delicious- Breakfast lacking but waffles were yummy! - Staff at front desk at night was amazing!"

"I had a four night booking but stayed only one night because the hotel had a TV cable outage. The hotel allowed customers to cancel without penalty. The accomodations were very good with no complaints for the one night. Breakfast offering was very good. (Had the place to myself pretty much since most bookings cancelled.) Something strange though. I forgot three items in the room on checkout: a phone charger, a small notebook, and a computer cable pouch. All items were left in the same location. The charger was recovered but not the other items. The next day when I went back to the hotel I suggested that I be allowed to check the room again just to hope that maybe the items may still be there, if it was not occupied; which it was not. The desk manager did not accomodate that request because she insisted that the room had been cleaned and there was no possibliilty anything was still there. But she could not offer an explanation as to why the other items were still missing. Oh well..."
