Garden Cottage near Mt. Tabor

This was one of the nicest VRBOs we've stayed in. Very comfy, very nicely furnished, great outdoor space, great location. The host was friendly and communicated clearly. We would definitely stay there again.

Best VRBO property ever

We've stayed in probably 30 different VRBO properties through the years, but both my wife and I would rate this No. 1 - at least for what we're looking for. It was peaceful, serene, in a quiet neighborhood, but still close to all the amenities. The garden out back is wonderful, and place is clean, updated, and interesting. We were even treated to a couple jars of homemade granola from our hosts, who were lovely! We'll be back. ...

The perfect home-away-from-home

We stayed three weeks in this lovely and well-appointed and very comfortable cottage. Our visit was planned to spend time with family and to explore Portland, and the location was perfect for our needs. We could easily get to our family on the Washington side of the river and to another branch in northwest Portland. And we enjoyed many walks to and around Mount Tabor—such a wonderful city park! The cottage is nicely private, spacious, and very well appointed. We were very comfortable there and highly recommend the Garden Cottage for people needing a great place to stay.

serene garden cottage

We loved this property. The backyard garden setting was very serene. The cottage was comfortable, very well decorated and appointed (even many spices, coffee, tea, baggies, etc etc.) and good lighting and wifi. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. The hot tub was especially nice after long days hiking. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Place!

Hidden garden

Beautuful restful spot to return to after marathon days of house hunting.

Lovely Cottage

The garden cottage was a great place to stay in Portland. It is very spacious and has all that you need for a wonderful stay. It has lots of natural light and opens to a lovely, peaceful garden. There is plenty of street parking.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location in a nice neighborhood with several restuarants and pubs in the area. Also near Tabor Park. Everything was thought of

This is a very well designed space, comfortable and nicely appointed with much better than average furnishings and details. We were there for a wet weekend but the place has big windows and looks on to a charming garden so was cozy. Will definitely want to come again!
