Blood stains from what appeared to be bed bugs and boot prints on the sheets. Tried moving rooms, second room same issues. Was given new sheets to put on the bed and I ended up using a piece of plastic as a prophylactic.

Decent hotel at a good price

Good hotel in a good area, downtown is a quick Uber. Good value for the price. They do charge $8 per car for parking in the lot.

Great value

Check-in staff super friendly and accomoddating. Hotel was nestled really close to sports arena (7 min walk) so that was great. Bed was comfy and room was quiet allowing for excellent rest. Will gladly return next time in town for a game.

The floor was so gross I couldn't take my socks off. Bed was comfy. Homeless people all around. Good location. Would go back if I needed such a cheap room ever again.

Stale Cigarettes and Overwhelmed Dumpster

Pros: Chose this place solely on price & location to Moda Center for a concert, which was perfect. The room had small fridge and microwave and there are plenty of hotel restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Cons: Front desk service has restricted hours and the place smells of cigarettes. Photos on Hotels.com are outdated and present a brighter, cleaner facility. Towel rack above toilet was missing so the clean bath towels were left on top of the toilet tank which felt dirty. Dumpster was overflowing with trash into walkway to enter building. Unfortunately I would probably not stay here again.

Great inexpensive Moda center hotel

Great spot for a quick show at Moda, park at hotel and walk. Inexpensive, clean, but well used. I asked for a room on second floor because I was alone it felt safer, hotel immediately complied, that was nice not to have to fight them for it.

Definately stay away

Hard to believe that Shilo would still claim this property. Shilo used to be a good choice - but definately NOT this one. Stay well away unless you like dirty walls, floors, and towels.

The hotel is an older building, but everything is sturdy. The staff are all very friendly and quite accommodating. Additionally, they have on-site parking for which they do not charge. While not in the best part of town, the street people did not harass or even bother my family while we were there. There's a 7-Eleven right across the street for snacks and drinks. Overall, our stay there was very pleasant and we are definitely going to stay there next time we're in Portland.

This place smelt so bad that it gave me a headache being in the room. Everything about this hotel was awful. Once we got there, I looked up other hotels close by and we were tempted to cut our loses and leave immediately.

this was awful. Our 1st room smelled like urine, they switched us to the only other available room. But it was not made up when we got there and had to wait 20 minutes in the lobby while they cleaned it. That room was musky/smelly most of the time. The AC unit leaked everywhere.

The entire building smelled of more cigarette smoke than the entire las vegas strip. There were a lot of sus things and im pretty sure roaches. I hope to never see this place again for as long as I live.
