This wonderful southwest Portland home sits in one of the most fantastic locations possible. While you may only be a few blocks from restaurants, groceries, entertainment, and shopping, this single level retreat enjoys an enormous fenced yard, covered patio, and couldn't be better for small groups or families visiting the area with kiddos.

Most every bit of the interior was updated, upgraded, and uplifted for you. Every bit of décor and furnishing is brand new. Each piece was curated to create that perfect blend of style and comfort for your group. Without a doubt, one of the most pleasant features are the oversized windows that help bathe most of the home in a warm natural light.

Whether you are resting in one of the spacious bedrooms or playing the supersized connect four, foosball, or streaming your favorite show there is something to do for everyone here. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at all.

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

We met my family in Portland for a few days and this home had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable and the patio perfect for hanging out. The house looks exactly as pictured and is exceptionally clean. We will definitely stay again when returning for future visits.

Most was as advertised, but Reno seemingly not quite finished (no handles on bathroom vanity, kitchen sink faucet quite loose, sectional couch quite damaged with stuffing/coils exposed). However it fit our needs quite well and despite it being on busy street, the location worked very well for us

The space worked really well for our group of 11 adults, beds were comfortable and there was a lot of space (more than it looks!) Communication from the hosts was also really good, they checked in, instructions were clear, and the process was seamless. There were a few really minor issues that I addressed with the host, like a tear in the couch, but I have no doubt that will be easily resolved, and understand that things can't always be handled immediately. Would absolutely stay here again.

My family and I wanted a place that was convenient and easy to get to all things and this property delivered! We got to the zoo, downtown for dinner, OMSI, and many other locations in under or around 15 minutes. It was so easy to go take breaks and rest in this very clean property. There was also plenty of space for everyone!

Teens were in a 4 day swim meet. Needed a close place to stay to allow the teens to rest and more importantly eat in between morning and evening events. Great location, workable kitchen and nice to not be in a hotel.

Clean, open and well decorated. Host was quick to respond to questions. Bedroom layout was good. Fenced yard was huge! Outside covered deck extended the common space for guests. Plenty of parking too. The house was so spacious and the 10 of us were comfortable. Inside layout had only one step so perfect for older grandpa. Lots of stores and restaurants within 5 miles. We would definitely stay there again.

Overall, a nice place to stay. Plenty of space for our family of 6 plus the grandparents. Only complaint is that there seemed to be an ant problem. Traps had been set but we still saw trails of ants when we walked in… not the best first impression. Other than the ants, the house was clean. Communication with management company was consistent and easy.

Perfect place if you want a house with lots of bed space (though only 2 full bathrooms), full kitchen with all amenities, yard, deck and bbq. Pet friendly. Modern and comfortable furniture and only a few min drive into Portland. Easy parking space. Everything you need and a few extras like fusball and connect 4 for entertainment. Minor issues with tv not working properly (for some reason can’t get Netflix to stay on main tv but can use some other apps). Overall, very easy and comfortable stay.

The house is nice, it had everything we needed. We did struggle with getting help from what i think is the property management company. When we arrived the house smelt of either cat pee or dog pee, i believe it was from the previous owners and before the renovations. The part of the house that was clearly an add on does not have heat so there were space heaters in the room to help, but the space heater was not working. I addressed these issues with the property management and they said they would resolve it by sending someone with a fix for the heater and air fresheners, but then nothing happened.

We stayed at this property from Friday to Monday. It was easy to find, in a nice, older neighborhood and on a large lot. Several grocery stores, restaurants, and gas stations were nearby. The house appears to have been very nicely remodeled and has a farmhouse vibe. There is a lot of parking space. The bedrooms were larger than expected. While the kitchen was large and well-lit, there wasn't a lot of counter space. I would recommend adding an island, for which there is more than enough space. I would definitely stay here again.

Easy check-in process, very communicative Host, immaculately clean, with room to spread out and enjoy! I gave the online description 4 stars due to electrical issues that translated into 1 bedroom without lights or power, and another bedroom with no lights but thankfully 1 of 3 outlets worked. I contacted Customer Service to alert them of the issues, and they were very responsive with good follow-through. The issues could not be fixed over the weekend, but I have no doubt that things will be attended to ASAP! We were credited a night’s stay for our troubles and that went a long way toward making us feel heard and satisfied customers! Thank you!

And two of the bedrooms, we were not able to use a few outlets, which caused a problem for CPAP users, being forced into smaller bedrooms or configuring use of outlets. There was some communication, but it appears that the problem was known as we saw extensions running from an outlet.
