"I had hoped i would be able to get a roll, or sandwich in the evening. Admittedly, i only asked for some crisps, as it appeared there was no service, as such, in the evening. The breakfast was good & the room clean & comfortable. However, it would be better to make sure that everything in the room is secure & not left for the customer to discover!!! "

P.s, there is a pebel beech 5 mins walk away,we saw this"

"1st time here but it won't be the last. Hosts Gareth and Rana were so welcoming and hospitable from the very start and throughout our stay. The room and bathroom were beautifully decorated and very clean. Breakfast was delicious. It is located in a peaceful location a short walk away from Betws-y-coed centre. "Can see why it's been so warmly reviewed in the past! A very comfortable stay and we were well looked after. The review format asked for echo-friendliness so had to mark down a little for the use of small plastic bottles in the bathroom and the individual packaged portions of butter, jam, sugar and salt at breakfast. We booked only 48hrs before our visit so we had the last available room, which had a wonderful garden view and although it was smaller than we anticipated the fun of watching dozens of garden birds on the many bird feeders outside our door and also seeing tiny shrews playing and jumping in the late evening was wonderful. "Clean and well fitted out (as described) and in a good location for harbour and beach. Friendly staff. I was initially concerned at a lack of information about where we could park, but once we had got to the place to ask, turns out they have a free parking space nearby for guests and we were not rushed out of it when we checked out so we had an extra couple of hours on the harbour with no parking problem. Great to have good air conditioning - gets hot in the attic room - and controllable blinds...
