Reservei um quarto standart e me deram um quarto economico, fui pedir alteracao e a funcionaria quis me cobrar. Tive q mostrar a reserva do app pra ela "fingir" que estava me dando um upgrade ppara algo que eu ja tinha direito. Café da manha bem pop.
