En general muy buena experiencia
Muy buena ubicación y también las instalaciones del hotel.
La habitación cómoda y limpia.
El único punto a mejorar es el desayuno que está 6 puntos en promedio.

O hotel fica em uma casa antiga e cheia de mofo.
O barulho da rua é intenso dia e noite.
Os travesseiros tem odor de cabeça suja.
O café da manhã tem pouca variedade e péssima qualidade. Meus filhos e esposa se recusaram a comer. Tivemos que sair para tomar café em outro lugar.
Não tem estacionamento. Do lado de fora tem que pagar àrea azul e também pagar os flanelinhas. Lugar muito perigoso a noite.

Excelente localização no Centro Histórico
Hospedagem agradável e tranquila. Todas as atendentes simpáticas, educadas e amáveis. O quarto era espaçoso, cama confortável, possui armário para roupas, frigobar, TV Tela plana e mesa de escritório.

O Hotel é lindo, lembra um palacete antigo, porém com muito conforto. A localização é privilegiada, o café é simples, mas saboroso e os atendentes são educados e atenciosos. Com certeza recomendo e me hospedarei de novo no local.

Gostei da Localização. Tive que trocar de quarto pois o inferior tinha cheiro de mofo, o superior que fiquei era agradavel. Ponto negativo o barulho. Cama, chuveiro, TV tudo funcionando perfeitamente.

Atendimento muito bom. Limpeza muito boa. Café da manhã bem feito. Wi-fi ótimo.
Pontos ruins:poucos canais na TV (praticamente só canais de pessoas de religião exacerbada) e a região (fica deserta à noite). Não tem frigobar no quarto.

Hotel histórico, em frente a praça da Matriz de Porto Alegre. Reformado, quarto novo, decoração clean, branca, muito limpo, confortável e agradável. Chuveiro maravilhoso. Itens de higiene gratuitos muito bons. Excelente enxoval de cama e banho. Frigobar no quarto. Só falta secador de cabelo no banheiro. Há também lavabos masculino e feminino, externos ao quarto. Check-in rápido. Staff atencioso. Ótimo café da manhã. Silencioso aos finais de semana. Durante a semana há o barulho do centro da cidade. Ficamos em quarto familiar com cama de casal e duas de solteiro, por três dias. Excelente custo benefício. Voltaremos com certeza.

Hotel bom com café “fraco”.
Hotel bem localizado, instalações boas, café MUITO fraco. Ficamos em um quarto no subsolo e tinha um cheiro intenso de mofo nos corredores e no quarto, não tinha ventilação.
