Apenas não gostei que ao reservar o quarto informava que o café da manhã estava incluso e quando chegamos no hotel havia uma folha impressa na recepção informando que para reservas feitas on-line o café da manhã não estava incluso! Recomendo que alterem isso nos sites de reserva.

Ficamos em um quarto triplo, uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro. Estávamos em três, foi preciso pedir mais uma toalha de banho, só haviam duas, a maçaneta da porta do banheiro estava solta, sem o pino, tive de eu mesmo abrir com uma outra chave. A cortina do box precisa ser trocada e faltou um tapete antiderrapante no piso do banheiro. Banho ótimo, com gás central. Quarto apertado e sem smart tv, wifi fraco, só funcionou em um de nossos celulares.

Péssimo

Péssimo. Nunca mais. Móveis empurrados, muito cabelo no chão do banheiro. Mas o pior de tudo foi a falta de respeito de um ou duas funcionárias camareiras. Desde às 7h muito barulho nos quartos aos lados, onde as camareiras ao invés de limpar e arrumar o quarto, parecia estar demolindo. Várias as janelas com força, arrastava móveis, batia as portas, desrespeitando os hóspedes que ainda não haviam feito checkout, como nós. Uma barulheira das 7h até depois das 9h, que ninguém mais dormia. Falta de respeito com o cliente. Não recomendo. Terrível. Fiz uma reclamação para a camareira e na recepção. Nada foi feito.

Estadia bem abaixo do esperado.

Foi reservado um quarto standard com uma cama de casal com box de vidro mas foi disponibilizado pelo hotel um quarto menor com uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro e o banheiro com uma cortina no lugar do box, alguns pontos das paredes do quarto também aprestavam manchas de mofo , na recepção bastante discussão entre os funcionários em voz alta e um pouco de desdenho no atendimento.
