The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds for two people each, which gives capacity to accommodate 4 people.
The apartment is only accessible by stairs and is on the second floor.
The apartment is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen products, hair dryer, iron, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, vacuum cleaner.
Both bed linen and towels are sanitised by professional laundry and are included, in addition to shampoo and shower gel.
Amenities such as toilet paper, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, coffee, napkins are provided for the first few days.
There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence of violation of this rule (for example, tobacco smell or smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least 250€ in accordance with current legislation.
Please note that for stays longer than 20 nights, a fair use policy will be applied, with a limit of 90€ in costs (Water 35€ + 55€ electricity). The difference from this amount will be charged as an extra. Note that at the beginning of each stay longer than 20 nights we will send the current readings and make the readings on the day of your check out.
Access codes to the property are only provided on the day of check-in, after we have the apartment clean and ready for you.
Make sure you have placed the correct number of guests in your booking and/or request a change to the correct number of guests before your check-in. We may refuse the stay or charge additional fees if the actual number of guests is higher than what is stated in your booking.
