Wonderful hotel. Very helpful staff- they helped arrange a Duoro valley tour on Jan 1st, when our other tour guide cancelled at the last minute. The room was spacious, with nice bathrooms. The best part was the indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Plus it was in the heart of the city, so we walked to all the local destinations. Highly recommend.

The hotel was AMAZING! We stayed there for 7 nights late August, early September to celebrate our 30th anniversary. The staff were outstanding and we became good friends with Marta...we miss her! The location is perfect for Porto and our room view of the Cathedral was something we will never forget. We will defiantly travel from Canada to stay here again. Highly recommended!!!!

A beautiful hotel in the centre of the Ribeira district. The staff are exceptional, charming and helpful. The two pools are lovely and peaceful, relaxing places. Had an absolutely amazing stay. The staff was very accommodating and extremely helpful. The breakfast was wonderful and the property was stunning. The room was great and very comfortable. It had everything that you could need. The only thing is it's at a hill and Uber and bolt can't get to right in front of the hotel but taxis can. However the staff was super helpful and came down to get all of our luggage. I would definitely stay here again
