The hotel was very central to all activities. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and did not disappoint! The avocado toast and smoked salmon were very delicious! Will stay here if I visit Porto again.

Staff were amazing from Carla helping when we arrived to Christian and Luicena in the bar/dining. Stay went out of their way to accommodate us. Nice property and lots of extras provided in the room. Breakfast was great and location only steps from river and Don Luis bridge. Would definitely stay here again!

Breakfasts cooked to order and excellent. The staff were very friendly always greeted us with a smile. They helped in planning things we should see in Porto. This hotel is the best we have booked with Hotels.com. The staff were professional yet friendly and extremely helpful...it was our first visit to Porto and to Portugal. The hotel is perfectly situated on the waterfront.... close to dining options, boat cruises and shopping. Each morning we looked forward to our breakfast which was excellent.....a lot of choice and plentiful and fresh. The room was beautiful with a balcony overlooking the harbour. Wonderful, wonderful....

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff was extremely helpful. We arrived by Uber and had a difficult time finding the hotel and navigating the cobblestone steps with luggage. Later learned that a taxi can take you to the front of the hotel restaurant. Take a taxi not Uber.

Absolutely delighted with our room (31) with view of the square and riverfront. Location is prime, steps to waterfront and very close to bridge to walk across to Gaia and close to sites in old town. The hotel room was in perfect condition and very clean with stunning views from our balcony. The windows block out any sound from the square below. Breakfast came with our stay and it was a full menu of items. Staff was so kind and professional. Do note that finding the entrance to hotel is a little tricky. If you arrive to hotel and find front doors closed, don’t panic. Ring buzzer, front staff will answer. They will tell you this: if facing the hotel, walk to your left just a couple doors down and when you see the steps to side alley on your right, go up the steps and make a right again. Casa Zogbi’s lobby is a few steps on your right. You just want to go around to the backside of the building to enter. Signage on the doors would be very helpful here. Other than this small confusion, excellent stay. We will be back!
