The reception staff, Catarina and Sophia were friendly, welcoming and always smiling. They helped readily with directions and any information we were seeking. Ana Bela and her team provided excellent service and a plentiful selection for breakfast which was very tasty. It was good to see dairy alternative milk readily available. Our room 017 was really quiet, nicely furnished and very clean. The beds are extremely comfortable and everything you could need is provided. The hotel is well situated for exploring everything the city has to offer with cafes, bars and restaurants aplenty. .A truly pleasureable stay.
