Centrally located to enjoy everything the city has to offer.

This 55m² apartment can sleep up to 4 people comfortably.

Fitted with a comfy sofa-bed, a flat screen TV, and a dining area, relax in the open living room after a long day in the city.

The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal.

The bedroom contains a comfy king-sized bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Porto is an amazing city to explore on foot, with many attractions within walking distance. The home is ideally situated in a prime spot, surrounded by endless choices for drinks and dining. Enjoy the local cuisine and several international restaurants as well!

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.

I was not actually able to stay at this property, as Expedia and VRBO and the Guest Ready company did not actually communicate except to take my money. I booked this property, was sent to VRBO. I received messages from Guest Ready through VRBO to confirm my card, and was charged, but never received the details to enter, and then was told there wasn't a reservation when I arrived. I was eventually refunded, but had to book somewhere else at last minute after 2 hours back and forth with Guest Ready and VRBO
