A Note on Expectations:

While we aim to provide a comfortable stay, you may notice the occasional noise disturbance from neighbours and the neighbourhood. Some everyday wear may also be present, consistent with practical living accommodations. Also, the apartment may get slightly warm sometimes, and as an old property, the plumbing can be a bit tricky and guests may experience lower-than-average water pressure sometimes.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

This location is the ideal starting point for tourists looking to explore the city's best attractions. The famous Livraria Lello, with its stunning art nouveau architecture and an extensive collection of books, is just a stone's throw away. For a beautiful outdoor experience, head to the tranquil Jardins do Palácio de Cristal, which offers breathtaking views of the Douro River. Music lovers will appreciate the Casa da Música, a modern concert hall with a unique design. And no visit to Porto is complete without a visit to the iconic Torre dos Clérigos, the city's most recognizable landmark.

It is a conveniently located property in Porto, Portugal, just a 13-minute walk away from the Carolina Michaelis station. For those looking to explore the city, the Casa da Música station is also within close proximity, just 1.2 km away.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
