We had a brilliant stay in a triple room here. The room was extremely clean, comfortable and spacious - the photos do not do it justice. Road noise a little loud and only stairs for access to the top floor. Super easy access to central Porto and the metro station is literally just down the road. Overall a great stay and excellent value for money!

Super comfortable stay close to the heart of Porto

We had a great stay in this hotel. It was rather centrally located, extremely clean, modern, enough space, air conditioning and super quiet. No breakfast included but there was a vey nice cafe/bakery just around the corner. Possibility to store luggage in locked cabinets before getting the room/after check-out. Would highly recommend this place!

Good location in Porto- but firm beds

Within walking distance to the historical center (about 10 mins). Very easy check in and the hotel was very clean. Only issue was the beds are very firm (or maybe as an American I’m not used to that). But would recommend the hotel!

Lovely, friendly, Covid-safe

Turista Trindade was a great stay. Their hands-off Covid protocol is really easy and clear. The rooms are LOVELY! And they answered all my questions. They do use WhatsApp for communication, though I’m sure they also email. WhatsApp was very convenient though. I had to move hotels because they were booked for the second half of my trip, and while the other place was also great, I’ll stay at Turista again when I return.

Trindade Disappointment

Self-check in was more trouble than it was worth. We would prefer a staff person being present to help trouble-shoot problems (the shower didn't work very well), answer any questions we might have regarding the room, or offer eating or transportation recommendations. The property owners might think they are saving money by not having a staff person on-sight, but this has prompted us to not stay at the "hotel" the next time we visit Porto.

Won’t be coming back to this hotel

I would give this place a two out of five stars. The air conditioning didn’t work most of the time. This was fine when the temperature was comfortable, but that wasn’t the case all the time. At first, the WiFi connection was very slow, then it went even more downhill from there. By the last two days of our stay, there was absolutely no internet connection at all. Since this trip was a working vacation for me, not having access to the internet was a major disaster. The hotel was conveniently located near a metro station that got us to/from the train station with ease, but there were five homeless people camped out just a few steps away. The staff was was very nice, but having wonderful staff doesn’t mitigate the fact that the WiFi was a shambles and so was the AC, and that we had to walk by a group of homeless people within a few steps from our front door. Definitely not staying here again.

Dejligt hotel som ligger tæt på metro

Hotellet er tæt beliggende ved metro stationen Trindade, hvilket er dejligt, når du skal til/fra lufthavnen eller rundt i byen. Al kommunikation med personale foregår via WhatsApp, hvilket fungerer rigtig fint. Hotellet var rent og pænt og tilbyder morgenmad fra et catering firma, hvilket faktisk var rigtig lækkert. Der er mulighed for at købe kaffe, sodavand og snacks fra en automat, men der ligger indkøbsmuligheder tæt på, hvis der er behov. Et rigtig rart ophold, så både hotellet og Porto kan varmt anbefales.

강추 합니다.

청결하고 조용하며 산밴토 기차역에서 택시타고 6유로 정도 나오고 초행길 이라면 택시도 괜찮습니다. 다음날 부터는 걸어서 기차역을 걸어 가보니 15분 정도 교통이 그런대로 좋은편이나 후런 테스크에 직원이 없으므로 하루전에 몇시쯤 도착 하는지 알려주면 좋을것 같아요. 가격대에 비해 좋은 숙소!! 강추 합니다.
