The living room features a sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favorite shows, a queen-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort, and a dining table for four.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries for delicious meals, such as a stove and oven. For added convenience, the property has a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer, drying rack, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Nestled in Porto, Poveiros is a vibrant neighborhood with iconic attractions and bustling life. Praça dos Poveiros is a bustling square known for its lively atmosphere and historical significance. It serves as a meeting point for locals and visitors and is surrounded by traditional cafes, restaurants like Casa Guedes and Gazela, and shops. Its charming architecture and vibrant energy characterize the square, making it a popular destination for daytime outings and evening social gatherings. Stroll along the cobblestone streets and marvel at the city's beauty and history, with landmarks like the renowned Luís I Bridge, the majestic Livraria Lello bookstore, the picturesque Jardins Palácio de Cristal, the magnificent Porto Cathedral, the charming Clérigos Tower and the iconic Ageas Porto Coliseum. Transport links are close too, with the Bolhão and 24 de Agosto stations only a 5-6 minute walk away. Don't forget to take in the breathtaking Chapel of Souls, a must-see attraction on this street.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
