Centrally located to enjoy all the city has to offer! In this apartment can sleep up to 4 people comfortably. 01 minute walking distance to Faria Guimaraes metro station.

Free Wifi is available on all areas of the apartment.

NOTE: The flat is located in a noisy street!

Guests will have access to the entire home!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

In the neighbourhood you'll find some well-preserved mansions, as well as typical Porto-style tall and narrow houses, made of granite. Near Praça da República where the Teófilo Braga garden is located, filled with various sculptures for you to admire.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Faria Guimarães, is just a 1-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 15-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

The place was okay but not very big. The place could have been looked after better. The bathroom had black spot of fungus. The door of the freezer and fridge did not close very well, and the same goes for some of the drawers in the kitchen. The aircondition leaked water and we had to put a bucket under it. The advertisement stated there was a washing machine, but that turned out to be false, so we had to spend extra money to do the laundry a bit further in the street. The place was okay, but it felt like it was focused on raking in money and spending as little as possible.

L'appartement était bien et pas loin du centre ville. Il manquait le lave linge comme indiqué sur l'annonce. La réception a été catastrophique avec aucune instruction sur l'emplacement des clés à prendre.

Great, clean apartment

The apartment was very accurate from the pictures provided. Amenities were great, and location was nicely outside the center of the city but super close and walkable. The communication with the property on check in was great, check out was a bit less clear in communication, but all worked out. Mostly pretty quiet except for the occasional neighbor upstairs, one morning they were screaming at 8 am but otherwise good. We still enjoyed our stay and Porto!

Enjoyable apt in a good location

Overall a nice, clean apt that we would recommend. As advertised. You can get closer to the water, but you will pay for it. This spot is a very reasonable walk to everything and is also directly by a metro stop for those who don't want as much walking. Apt was a very comfortable size for two adults and two teens. Some nice local restaurants in the neighbourhood too.

Booking this property would be redirected to a third party Guest ready, a company taking care of many households. Our experience with them was horrible. We had a self check in situation where the key safe was jammed and would not open for some reason. We were left 3 hours waiting on the door. And would only send us personal Assistance after several emails, calls and escalation requests through Expedia. Not to mention that the house was not highly maintained. Wall paint and furniture were overused (shocking as they require an insurance of 100 euros) . Upon getting into the house the warm water was not properly plugged and we had to call again. Overall their customer service is hardly good, would not book with them again.
