Literally the most fabulous hotel. The staff were more than helpful and accommodating. It was so clean. The location was perfect and so central. 10 minute walk to anything really it was so central.

If you need a good night sleep this is not your hotel. It’s situated downtown and has club goers screaming and yelling until 4-5am. We couldn’t sleep! It’s too bad because the hotel is beautiful and the staff are good. There isn’t really a bar in the hotel and the restaurant is good for breakfast but a very limited menu for lunch and dinner. So if you’re looking for a full bar and restaurant this isn’t your hotel. The pool on the second floor isn’t usable as birds are in it all day cleaning themselves. Very disappointed and couldn’t wait to leave and get a good nights sleep somewhere else!

Location was excellent. Walkable to all key sites. Staff very friendly. We are in the restaurant twice once for dinner - has beef tenderloin which was extremely tasty. Had lunch one day as well. Large room and lovely public areas.

Can’t fault the hotel. Great service and comfortable beds. I recommend you bring good quality earplugs. Hotel is dead centre of the club scene. Was woken continually all through the night by loud shouting and laughter!! Didn’t cease until 5am. Unfortunate for the hotel as it can’t do anything about it. If you can cope with the noise. This is a great hotel

Fantastic stay. Staff was friendly and helpful, and our room was beautiful. Nice, large bathroom (no transparent bathroom wall/door). The room was clean and very nicely appointed. The hotel is in a great location for walking to most things we wanted to do (walking/food tours, port tastings, river front, restaurants). It’s also very easy to get a Bolt or Uber ride around there.
