This hotel was in a great location. However, it was outdated. The carpet was old. The elevators were really really old. The sliding door to get into our bathroom got stuck. The wood floors were scratched. The shower had mildew and leaked all over the floor, causing us to need two towels to dry it after showering each day. There was a dripping noise our third night that kept me up for hours. Again, nice enough staff, not disgusting by any means, and a great location. However, if you’re wanting something that feels nice, this isn’t that.

Todo bien, lugar bonito y céntrico llegas a todos los lugares caminando, excelente servicio por parte de los recepcionistas más sin embargo aunque el comedor y su desayuno es aceptable las personas que vigilan el lugar y que están pendientes de la comedor no lo son, deben de tener tacto para estar ahí ya que parecen celadores e Carcel y te incomodan con sus miradas no comes agusto

Overall the hotel is excellent. Room was a nice size, clean and had a nice view from the window. If not a big breakfast eater, a nice cafe across the street to get a coffee and pastry. As well, they offered numerous English speaking stations on the tv. The only issue we had was poor internet service. It was inconsistent and we lost connection often while using.

The place was clean and maintained. Walking distance from all kinds of shops, dinning, and sites to see including the Douro River. Parking was about a 7-10 min walk but overall a good experience.
