It was a nice old hotel with a friendly staff and a good breakfast. It was a five minute walk to the waterfront and a seven minute walk to the subway or just to the historic center.

Small rooms but clean and functional. Cannot beat the location within the city - just a short walk from the waterfront, cathedral, many bars and restaurants. Good value breakfast. Really helpful staff - we had some luggage to ship and they supported our calling for services, printing the label etc.

Decent, basic hotel. Great location, in the center of the Riberia district, just a block uphill from the former stock exchange. Room was niced sized and had a bonus area with twin bunk beds. Rooms were clean and well insulated from street sounds. Only downside was that the walls between rooms were a bit thin and sounds echoed from the hallways.

Excellent location if you walk. Close to the many restaurants down by the river The hotel need rennovation, but is dilapidated. Room was large . It was clean , but the cleaner had left a terrible cloride stench . Breakfast was very good!

The place was clean and maintained. Walking distance from all kinds of shops, dinning, and sites to see including the Douro River. Parking was about a 7-10 min walk but overall a good experience.

I love this hotel; perfect, central location, very walkable area. Close to Sao Bento train & Metro stations, Rua das Flores pedestrian street, water front, Hop-on bus stop, tram stop. Very nice hotel, large room, modern bathroom. I will definitely stay there again.

Overall the hotel is excellent. Room was a nice size, clean and had a nice view from the window. If not a big breakfast eater, a nice cafe across the street to get a coffee and pastry. As well, they offered numerous English speaking stations on the tv. The only issue we had was poor internet service. It was inconsistent and we lost connection often while using.
