Loved the staff and the helpfulness of everybody at the hotel. It was an amazing experience. I really liked the fact that the restaurant accommodated my vegan food requests. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends!

Inside the building everything was great. A welcome port drink and a bowl of fresh fruit in our room. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel was in the middle of Porto so we just used Uber to get around.

Hotel Jaguar was a great place to stay during our 2-night visit to Porto. On the outskirts of the main tourist area, it offers excellent value. The room was very clean and comfortable (although on the smaller side for North American "standards" - just to keep in mind), the staff and service were excellent, and the transfer service to the airport and city center are a great plus. If you're looking to save a few $ and stay a bit further out of the city center (although easily walkable and also public transportation nearby), I would absolutely recommend! The welcome drink and plate of fruit + snack are also a nice additional touch :)
