I was very pleased with the welcome I received when checking in and was pleased with the very good cleanliness of my single room upon entering. The beds in this hotel are very comfortable and the bathrooms are very modern (for example, my bathroom had a large shower and even a bidet. The best part of this hotel is the value as I only paid 77 euros for 1 night for room.

Hotel has beautiful spiral staircase. Also has an elevator so you dont have to carry luggage up the stairs. Parking is at garage down the street at a discounted price. Also had a limited breakfast for a fee. Staff was very friendly.

Great little hotel. Superbly placed for exploring Matosinhos or the tram goes past the hotel for easily exploring further afield. Easy transfer from the airport. Friendly and helpful staff, decent buffet breakfast with a good selection, comfy and quiet room with working aircon. Little fridge in room was useful and there is a Pingo Doce supermarket 180metres away open 0800 to 2100 everyday. Lovely beaches. Lots of great places to eat (particularly recommend Sushisia). Will come back.

A hidden gem, located in the quaint little beachtown Portinatx. There's a small private beach right next to the hotel, and many scenic viewpoints walking distance. Loved exploring the north of the island! The hotel staff was warm and welcoming :)

Nice hotel

It was a very quiet and nice hotel. The employees were very polite. The breakfast was generally good. The room was very clean, but the only problem was that the room was very small.

it’s a very average and small hotel. the elevator is super slow and holds only 3 people. it’s a very old hotel and you can tell it’s been refurbished to look more modernized. there were mosquitoes in my room. the safe in the room wasn’t attached to anything, so you can literally just walk out with the safe, which defeats the purpose of a safe. the guy at the front desk is very helpful and nice. there’s a supermarket near by, and it seems like a safe location to stay at

Convenient hotel for the Metro

Hotel perfect for the Metro and seafood restaurants. Nice leisurely pace if wanted or jump on the Metro to get to the action in Porto. Will stay again if in Porto and recommend to other visiting - especially if you want to be out of town. The beach is walkable. I would spend more time here if I was ever to return. The Metro took some getting used to. I bought a 3 day card at the Airport from the Information Centre there. Great value for money at 16 euros. Also went on the Hop On Hop Off bus. It was a challenge finding the bus stop but we eventually found one down by the river and near the tram stop and a McDonald's.
