The room has good facilities and enough supplies for staying. Close to major attractions. The small kitchen is good for those who wanna make some meals. It's on the third floor so beware of the need to walk up and down. Very clean and we are happy to live there for 2 nights. Balcony is cool!

Well located and has a kitchen

The property is well located and great for small groups since it has a small kitchen and living room. It has the basic necessities and very clean. Access is via a code for the main door and the reception is only open from 930-1630h so take not of this in case you need to leave your luggage. I would have preferred to have a manual lock from the inside or a bolt on the door for more security since the door is only locked by a digital code.

The property was in a great location as the Trindad metro station was only 10 mins walk away. There were a lot of good restaurants and bars nearby (within 5 mins walk). The room we initally booked had really strong drain smell and some flies/bugs inside the screen door to the balcony. We messaged the staff on WhatsApp highlighting this and they were really helpful with changing our rooms. Our new room still had similar smell but the overall condition was much better. Regardless, the communications with the staff was really good. We arrvied late in the evening but all the information was provided to us via WhatsApp beforehand so we had no trouble getting in. Marta and Renato had been super helpful in sorting our rooms so really appreciate it.

This is a clean, comfortable place to stay in a central, walkable neighborhood of Porto. You can get to it easily from São Bento train station, and it's a good place to start a historic walking tour of the city. Check-in, communication with the host, and check-out were easy. In fact, when we told them we were arriving in town a couple of hours early, they got our room ready for us so we didn't have to store our luggage somewhere, which made the whole day much easier. The street has a lot of restaurants, which is convenient for dinner-time, but also means it can get a little crowded and noisy in the evening. But keeping the window closed kept the noise to a minimum inside. Fair warning to those with mobility issues: This apartment is up two flights of stairs, and we didn't notice an elevator anywhere. Also, most of the streets in the area are cobblestone, and the sidewalks are narrow and paved in little, flat stones called calçadas that can be slippery when wet.

Great value accommodation in a convenient location. We had everything we needed. It was nice to have a bit more space. Communication was great and the hotel were very accommodating to allow our son to spend a night on the (very comfortable) sofa bed.

Ótima localização em Porto, dá para fazer tudo a pé! Fica próximo aos principais pontos turísticos e ótimos restaurantes. O quarto é limpo, moderno e bem equipado, embora seja compacto. No geral, a hospedagem foi muito boa. O único ponto negativo foi o cheiro desagradável vindo do box do banheiro, semelhante a esgoto, que em um dos dias de chuva mais intensa ficou por todo o hotel. Ainda assim, ficaria novamente nesse local, pela excelente localização e conforto oferecido.
