It features a large living room balcony and smaller balconies in 2 bedrooms. This holiday apartment in LV Premier RE2 is fully equipped and located in a building with an elevator. Enjoy excellent views of the "townhouses" in downtown Porto and Rua da Restauração. We are located near Clérigos and Galerias de Paris and all the main city attractions, including the Soares dos Reis museum, the Ribeira downtown area, and, of course, the Port wine cellars.The apartment has air conditioning throughout and with a south-facing exposure it is very bright. Excellent amenities, the exclusive LV Premier premium beds, along with luxurious and soft bath towels and high-quality hygiene products, contribute to your comfort.The kitchen is fully equipped - with high-quality dishes, pots and pans, small appliances, coffee machine, food processor, etc. You will find everything you need. If you choose to cook, there are a variety of supermarkets and grocery stores nearby.

Our group of 10 had a wonderful stay at LV Premier Clerigos RE2. The unit was large and we never felt crowded. The living and dining areas were perfect and the kitchen well appointed. It was nice having a balcony to relax on at the end of the day. The washer and dryer came in very handy. The unit was centrally located and within walking distance of transportation, shops, attractions and restaurants. I would highly recommend this unit and would definitely come back or visit one of your other properties.

This was the second of three apartments we stayed at in Portugal (2 nights in Lisbon, three in Porto, then two more in Lisbon). We were two parents our four children (aged 20-24) and a boyfriend. Maria met us and did a great job of walking us through the apartment and pointing out all the details. We really appreciated her thoroughness as it made things like doing the laundry easy. (This was something we appreciated even more in a different apartment, where the person was not as thorough as Maria and we spent literally hours trying to get the washer and dryer to work correctly. It made us value what a great job Maria did in orienting us to this apartment.) The location was wonderful. Porto is a real walking city and this location allowed us to walk to the Tower, the "Harry Potter" bookstore (Livraria Lello) and to restaurants. We were worried initially because a couple of the buildings in the area are currently unoccupied but we never felt unsafe and really did think it was a great spot. The apartment itself was also great. Five bedrooms, and the pictures show them well. Wifi worked well, as did the washer. Great restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay there again if we came back to Porto. And we likely will as we really loved Porto. Thanks!

El piso es muy amplio y está muy bien ubicado. Nos alojamos 3 familias, 8 personas y estuvimos muy cómodos. La anfitriona fue súper amable, atenta y nos ayudó con todas las dudas que nos surgieron. Cuando volvamos a Oporto repetiremos, lo recomiendo 100%!

Formidable séjour dans ce grand appartement très fonctionnel. Il est très bien situé avec les transports à proximité, les chambres sont spacieuses, le bus qui mène vers l'aéroport s'arrête au pied de l'immeuble et Maria est une hotesse parfaite, elle était très sympa, à notre écoute, nous a donné beaucoup de renseignements utiles... The apartment is very spacious and was extremely clean. Maria was super nice and responsive. We were a large group traveling with small children. The apartment and location were perfect for us. There are a number of restaurants in the area and attractions in walking distance. We didn’t really use public transportation but were able to easily Uber to/from the apartment whenever the children got tired. O apartamento é bastante espaçoso e limpo. Nós éramos um grupo grande viajando com crianças pequenas. O apartamento e localização foram perfeitos pra nós. A Maria foi extremamente atenciosa e gentil. Tudo perfeito!

Tomei um sustinho ao chegar em frente ao prédio, mas depois que você entra...é logo muito bem recebido por Maria José, muito educada! Apto amplo, limpo, confortável, quartos grandes, camas boas, lençóis e toalhas de boa qualidade, cozinha ótima, localização perfeita , podíamos inclusive ir a pé a praticamente todos os lugares ! Restaurantes e bares próximos! Uma vista bonita! Os banheiros é que precisam de um trato! Mas enfim, passamos uns dias otimos! Valeu! Ah, só não está preparado pra IDOSOS e cadeirantes, mas conseguimos ultrapassar esse obstáculo! Aproveito pra agradecer ao Sr José Luz e Maria José. Outra coisa, faça vc mesmo a sua faxina pq paga-se caro pra uma faxina muito superficial!
