To ensure that your arrival and departure are as comfortable as your stay, please note:

Check-in: From 3:00 PM. We have everything prepared so that your only concern is to enjoy.

Check-out: Until 11:00 AM. Need more time? Let us know.

- Self-Catered: We provide a welcome kit with hygiene products for the first day as a courtesy. Replacements or refills are available for an additional cost.

- Enhance your stay with extra services, such as additional keys, additional cleaning, and extra bedding. For more information and rates, please contact us.

- For your comfort, we will be available to check you in person. A member of our team will be waiting for you at our spectacular home, but please note that a check-in fee may be charged after 8 pm: 20h - 22h -> 25€ || 22h - 00h -> 50€.

- All guests must fill out a registration form according to Portugal's local laws. This form will be sent after the reservation confirmation.

- The tourist tax in Matosinhos is €2 per night, per person, for stays in hotels and local accommodations, with a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. This amount is not included in the reservation and will be charged before check-in.

- A security deposit of €500 may be charged during festive periods such as New Year's. This amount is waived upon booking.
