Did not have to deal with staff which means everything went smoothly. Room was nice and clean. Minimal repairs would be nice: bathroom door. Quiet neighbourhood but there is a bird that starts calling early in the morning every minute. You can also hear the pipes clearly from other rooms. Overall pleasant experience with a great functional kitchenette

Decent value for money. Clean and tidy room which was exactly what we expected. Shower needed a bit of attention as it leaked out of all joints and drained very slowly but other than that no issues at all.

Great location & good value for money.

The apartment is in a great location but it is quite small and lacks space to put personal belongings other than a wardrobe. There is a well equipped compact kitchen but only 2 tea bags provided. It is very clean & modern. Lots of good restaurants and bars close by and good access to rest of Porto. Check in procedure was essy to follow and it was quiet despite proximity to bars etc. Bed was comfortable and air con worked well. Good value for money. A small supermarket is very close by.

Good but read the instructions first!

There are pros and cons about this hotel. Pros: the location is great. Metro and restaurants are close and city centre is within walking distance. We booked a room with a balcony and the view was nice. The hotel looks recently renovated. There is no reception so I had to send an email to get the code for the entrance. The response was very fast. Cons: check-in must be done digitally so you must check the rules before your booking so you know what to expect. As per the booking confirmation, I should have received an email with the entrance code, which I didn't, so I had to send an email for the codes in order to enter the facility. (I try calling but with no answer). If you arrive earlier than the check in time there is no space to leave your luggages. Same applies for the check out. Room will not be cleaned if not requested (you should put the label outside of the door otherwise no one will come to clean). Also it can be really noisy at night. we could hear the alarm of next door guests. Overall for the price of the hotel and for a short visit the hotel is fine.

MyStay Porto Centro was clean and felt safe. I loved the neighborhood with bakeries and restaurants every block. There was no charm what so ever but safety, neighbohood and cleanliness are more important. They cleaned the room every day which was a bonus.

Incredible value for what you get

The value proposition here is insane. You have a kitchenette and a mini "balcony backyard" of sorts. The room is spacious enough and you get plenty of towels. The staff can be reached via phone or WhatsApp and I found them very friendly. I would highly recommend this place.

The hotel apt is very convenient to everything, so that was a big plus. However, there was dirt, mold in bathroom and shower. The curtains were very dirty and had a lot of stains on them.

Very bad experience

The location was quite disappointing. The beddings were dirty and stinky. The kettle was so dirty that it was not useable condition. Theyve given a WhatsApp number on their website but never replied when I contacted them. It was an awful experience that ruined our holiday.
