This is an excellent place to stay in Rua das Flores in Porto’s historic center, it blends into the cobblestone streets seamlessly and still has the 16th century palace front with a tunnel connecting the new hotel wing. Coupled with excellent service this is a true gem in Porto.

Great location, very secure, quiet and spacious rooms. Staff is awesome. Associated restaurant has wonderful food. It is in the pedestrian only area so we had a short walk with our luggage to get to and from the hotel.

Great hotel, great location. Breakfast buffet was a great selection, we used the sauna, steam room and pool. Five star service the whole experience. Great recommendations for dinner as well. A bottle of water in your room daily. Food in the lounge was perfect when you needed something on the go, had umbrella’s for guests when it was a rainy day…. They thought of everything!

This is a respite of calm right in the middle of a busy city! Common areas are large and well-appointed with nice, modern decor. Macaroons in the lobby were appreciated, as was the little bottle of port wine in the room. The spa area with small indoor infinity pool was the perfect place to recuperate from site-seeing...and we loved our room itself-- it had a huge balcony with an incredible view.

A lovely, comfortable high end hotel in a great location in town along a pedestrian walkway. The stand out is the staff - absolute lovely across the board. Food and beverages fabulous (Happy Hour 5.30-6.30pm was super) and the spa, sauna, steam room and plunge pool lovely. The gym looked great - modern equipment and super-clean. Our room was beautiful, in-room amenities perfect and bed spacious and comfy. We had a wonderful stay.

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel location was convenient and made it easy to get around. The welcome gift was a great touch and made us feel truly welcomed. It is an excellent restore hotel at the heart of Porto city. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Walking distance to all the famous landmarks and eateries to visit. You can relax and re-charge using spa facilities after long strolls across all the cobbled streets in Porto.
