Appartment spacious, clean, comfortable, nicely refurbished. Kitchen well equipped for short stay. Great location for shops, cafes, old town. Appartment on quite a busy street, so as expected some noise, but bedroom at back of appartment and didnt notice it.

Nice Location but get access codes before arriving

We had not been given the code to access the front door so we were stuck outside until we could contact the owner. We also never got access to the internet despite calling and being told they would reset the router. The unit is in a nice location though. I wish they were a bit more attentive to details such as the access codes Before we got there. Another point was that someone had left an unwashed dish and knife in the sink. Otherwise, all else was very clean.

Great place. Just one problem.

Clean, spacious, and well-appointed. Convenient location to restaurants and attractions. The only downside was that we were not sent a physical address in advance, and the building exterior doesn’t have a sign, so we were wandering around the general vicinity but had no idea which building was ours. Luckily, we had a phone number and received a prompt reply with the needed information.

Great location!!! Apartment is very clean, modern, and well equipment. Rooftop patio is an added bonus!!! Locations perfect to walk around Porto. Very close to train station. Restaurants and shops are in walkable distance. Definitely, will return again if traveling to Porto!!

Perfect Location with Amazing Apartment

Our family was so pleased with this Amazing place. The location was close to everything. The apartment was spacious, well equipped with a beautiful balcony and a rooftop balcony. It was very clean and comfortable! Our only problem was a miscommunication with the entry codes on check in. We were so close to so many restaurants and attractions!

The property just near to Porto Sao Bento (3mins walk). At first, I can't find the property as I used to look at big signboard (just small sticker on glass door). Finally I managed to fint it based on the address (haha). I super like this place as I booked 1 bedroom apartment. Thank for friendly & helpful staffs. Highly recommended this place.

This apartment is exactly as it looks. I was never sent the codes to get into the building and the apartment and they're phone wasn't working. It was a hassle. Make sure you get them before you arrive because no one is there. Loved the location and overall clean and well stocked. There was kind of a gas smell coming from the bathroom but I am nose sensitive! Give it a 4.5 overall!

We enjoyed our 2 bedroom apartment. It was large and spacious. The apartment was centrally located and we could easily walk to the subway station and to the river district. It was quiet and clean but the kitchen needed a few more utensils to make cooking easier.. It was handy having a washing machine and dryer in the suite. The Porto weather was hot but the air conditioners worked really well in keeping the suite cool.

Property is lovely, modern, clean, stylish, well situated, oversized bath towels and well stocked on amenities. Only two issues, lack of communication. I received an email requiring online check-in, did so, received another email stating check-in/checkout times & that someone was available at the front desk from 11am-8pm, but there is no front desk. Access to the building & room are by code, which I had to get the store next door to call property management for. Still on the lack of communication, there is a minor leak under the sink in the ensuite washroom, I contacted the property via the appropriate e-mail link to advise, but no response.

An enjoyable stay in Porto pity about the weather.

The property is centrally located 2 minutes from the Sao Bento train / metro station. The apartment I was allocated 4A was beautiful (on 2 levels). Very well decorated, maintained and equipped. The apartment was accessed via a lift. The issue I would raise was access to the building itself is via an entry code. I contacted the property via email the day before I arrived with an approximate time of arrival. I did not receive any email response therefore I was expecting a reception desk. If it had been for the young girl in the shop next door who phoned the landlord for me I would have been unable to access the property. I think the landlord needs to ensure that he/she contacts tenants the day before with building and apartment access codes.

A few hurdles at check-in, but great overall

This is a beautiful apartment in the center of old Porto. Very spacious and very clean. It has a full-equipped kitchen with not only a dishwasher, but a washing machine as well. Sadly, they gave us only 3 coffee pods for the machine, so we had to find a shop to purchase more. Each of the 2 bedrooms has their own bathroom and there is also one off the living room. Our only problem was checking in. There is no “front desk” as described on Hotels.com. We were supposed to have received a code to enter the building and another one for the apartment. We did not get this information. Fortunately, my son has a Portuguese cell and speaks the language a little. If it had been only my husband and I, we would have been absolutely lost. Parking garages are few and far between, so plan on a walk. Overall, save the check in debacle, we are very, very happy here.

1 night stay in Porto historic district

I love the location, the overall condition, and the layout of this property. I only had 1 night and 1/2-a-day in Porto and spent most of my time walking and sightseeing during the day rather than kicking back and enjoying the property. The only suggestion I have for the property management is to communicate by email or messages via hotel.com’s app in advance on how to get into the building upon arrival. I asked the staff in the store next door on how to get someone to open the door and was told to use WhatsApp to call the phone number of the door. I am fortunate to have roaming data on my cell phone that allowed me to call the management via WhatsApp. Some people may not have that option and may not know that is what they need to do since there is no doorbell to ring. It didn’t take long for the management to send a staff to come open the door for me and let me drop off my luggage in my unit so I could head out to enjoy the city while they finish cleaning my unit. I texted the management to get suggestions on where to eat and he was very quick in responding. I enjoyed that recommendation and had a fabulous time during my short stay in Porto. I love the sleeping area being upstairs in my duplex unit but for people who may not be able to climb about 17 steps from the sitting area to the sleeping area within the unit, this may not be for you.

RS Porto apartment was beautiful, modernly designed and furnished but still kept some references the the old building in which it's located. Our 2 bedroom apartment was HUGE and very comfortable with kids, 3 full bathrooms, kitchen with all appliances you can need and the location is just fantastic right next to Sao Bento station, Porto's Cathedral, Dom Luis Bridge, Ribeira and more. Communication was also very good, we were contacted in advance to get the codes to the property. When the apartment we got had a problem with the AC and couldn't be fixed until the next day they quickly offered that we a move to a similar apartment that was luckily available. Although our reservation included a baby there was no crib left in the apartment, they offered to come and set it up the next day (as we arrived in the evening) as we mentioned we need it for that night they told us where we can find one and pick it ourselves. Would highly recommend and will come again for sure. Small negatives: (1) Information about parking is not up to date, the parking they direct you to is around 35 EUR per day (it's very close) notice you can purchase an online fare for less which we found out about too late; (2) For our 3 nights stay there was no cleaning or towel\bedsheet change, we didn't ask and they didn't offer.
