A basic hotel and a bit remote from the old city center. It’s in a quieter street that has no convenient stores nearby so make sure you get water before heading back. The walls are thin, our room was street facing, we heard every car that drove by. A clean enough place to sleep and shower for a reasonable price.

The hotel was centrally located to the metro and within walking distance to the bridge and wine center. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms will not get cleaned unless you ask them before noon to clean.

This hotel was fine for what I needed. Two of the lights were out in my room. The bathroom light switch was dirty when I arrived. I had two tubes of body wash, but no shampoo. However, the location was fantastic. It was easy to walk to all of the places I wanted to visit. They had bicycles to borrow, there were games you could borrow, and the staff was very nice!

Nice little room. Pretty good location, very walkable to the historic areas of Porto. Fairly comfy bed. Room was a good size for 2 people. There was so spot to put the bar of soap provided so you could tell the counter was wearing from the wet soaps being placed there over and over however that did not effect our stay. Would recommend for others to stay.

The location is good. The property is clean and you have just what you need. The AC was not the best as I was not able to adapt to what we needed. In general, I would recommend it for a short stay.

The location is close to the city center and within easy walking distance to the city proper. Our room was clean, well maintained, and had all the basics we needed for a comfortable stay. The only downside was the check-in experience. We arrived around noon, and although our room was already ready, we were told we could only check in early if we paid an additional fee.

Unfortunately, my husband and I did not have an excellent experience at this hotel. We traveled from Canada in July during the hottest week in Portugal and the 1 thing we were looking forward to after getting off the plane and transiting to our hotel and walking in the heat with our luggages was going to relax in a nice cold room but when we got the room we noticed the AC system was broken! When we contacted front desk they claimed to be aware of the situation and all they could offer was a fan and a cold bottle of water. They told us to contact them in an hour we waited and nothing was ever done. They claimed the maintenance man never came and could not be contacted. We asked to change rooms but unfortunately, all the rooms on floor 4 and 5 had no working AC and all the other rooms were occupied. When we asked to speak to a manager or anyone above they claimed there was no manager on site, when we asked to be moved to a sister hotel they said there was non available. They kept saying the maintenance guy was unable to come and they had no idea when it would get fixed. My husband and I were there for 2 nights and the whole reason why we chose the hotel was not only for location but because it claimed to have AC. The only thing they managed to offer was a free breakfast for the next day (our check out date) my husband and I were not happy with the experience we had here and the lack of effort that was made. If the AC issue could have been resolved, we would not have any problem

The room was a reasonable size and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was incredibly clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is close to the Trindade metro station which links directly to the airport. Highly recommended!

posizione strategica data dalla vicinanza della fermata metro Trinidad dove si incrociano tutte le linee metro (da e per l'aeroporto comodissima). struttura molto basic con manutenzione al minimo. colazione ok, aspetto positivo è che è disponibile dalle 6:30 alle 12:00, però la scelta di cibo e bevande è molto limitata e, per di più, es. alle 10 del mattino di domenica è finito il dispenser del caffé... e quello nuovo è stato preparato al lunedì! moquette rasata in camera, assolutamente da pulire :-( letto comodo e pulito, asciugamani ottimi e puliti, doccia rotta... ok
